The BYU Fan House

This house was absolutely perfect for our big family gathering! We had 7 couples and quite a few kids, and there was plenty of room for everyone. There was something for all ages to enjoy, and both the kids and adults had an amazing time! The house accommodated our large group perfectly, and the location was great as well. It was the perfect place for everyone to come together, have fun, and make some great memories. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Family Reunion!

Our family spent 3 nights at the BYU Fan House to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. Our family has several BYU graduates, including both my parents. The memorabilia was AMAZING! I think my Dad spent hours looking at everything. He was very impressed.
We had so much fun! We had 23 people staying at the house. We had pickleball tournaments, marshmallow roasts, BBQs, and we loved the escape room. The house itself was clean, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was stocked! Being at the BYU Fan house made our celebration perfect! If you are a BYU fan, this is a MUST!

Perfect Reunion!

We stayed at the BYU Fan House this past week with our family of 19, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The pictures on the listing don’t even begin to show how amazing this property really is. There were so many activities and spaces for all ages that you could easily enjoy an entire vacation without ever leaving the house.

The location is fantastic and convenient to so many attractions and activities. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout our stay.

The house itself was very comfortable, with great beds, plenty of room to spread out, and multiple gathering spaces where our family could spend time together without feeling crowded. The highlight for many of us was the incredible backyard sport court—it was used constantly and provided hours of fun for all ages.

If you’re looking for a place to host a large family group, this house is hard to beat. We would absolutely stay here again!

Vacation Elevated

The home is fun for all ages. Pool, pickle ball, volley ball, escape room, shuffle board. Plenty of beds. We didn't feel crowded. Our family all enjoyed being together.

Family time together

We stayed here for a long weekend, with extended family gathering to support our oldest granddaughter’s wedding. We had 6 boys, ages 14-3, and they all kept so busy playing the wide variety of games and activities there was very little fuss. Lots of spaces to gather in big and small groups.
The kitchen was well supplied and very organized! I loved that the dishes, glassware and flatware wasn’t a random assortment of Salvation Army finds, but well-thought out, nice quality, group friendly collection.
Living and sleeping spaces were very well organized and appointed.
Very clean hot tub that we enjoyed daily! Plenty of nice thick, thirsty towels for both bath and hot tubbing.
Incredibly responsive host, both through proactive communication before our stay as well as easy-to-reach and quick-to-respond during. Mark was great to work with.

Fun for everyone!
