Super nice neighborhood and ideally located just a few dollars away from Condesa, Roma, Polanco, centro and other zones by Uber. Great location and professionally managed. Close to shopping and local restaurants, there is a convenience store adjacent to the building. If you like nice things this is the place for you, we have new TVs, appliances, etc. Due to robust and thick walls on the building, wifi works great on most devices, on some devices with different antennas, wifi signal may not reach the bedrooms

The New building is on superb conditions, The elevator is always available and everything is super clean and impeccable.
