We loved our stay! It was our first time visiting Florida and it will NOT be the last. We will be back. Thank you!

enjoyed staying here. had a very positive experience. thanks for hosting

This townhouse is brand new and had plenty of space for our family of 5. We enjoyed the bay view. The location makes for easy access to Perdido Key beaches while also offering an entirely different experience of calm water on the bay. The townhouse itself had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. There is some construction going on in the area for a wall along the bay, but still plenty of waterfront access.

We were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. John went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend John’s place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience…

We had a wonderful time at the townhome. It was so nice to be able to play at the pool and in the bay which were both a short walk out the door. It was also very convenient to go over to the beach as well. The townhome was very clean and well stocked with the basic necessities. John provided clear instructions right after booking, the night before check in and also right at check in time. We have already looked to see if any of the homes are available to come back in the fall!
