Welcome to McKinley Mansion — a fully private, 13,000 sq ft group retreat space created for connection, celebration, and unforgettable shared experiences.
This is not just a large home.
It’s an exclusive retreat facility designed specifically for big groups who want space to gather, play, eat, and sleep — all under one roof.

Perfect for:
• Women’s retreats
• Church groups
• Corporate off sites
• Writers & creatives
• Sports teams
• Family reunions
• Workshops & leadership retreats
When you book, the entire space is yours. No shared areas. No interruptions.

*What Makes This Different?
✔ Full basketball gym
✔ Arcade & game area
✔ Large group dining areas
✔ Full kitchen
✔ Sleeping accommodations for up to 70 guests
✔ 13,000 sq ft of private indoor space
There is room to move, gather, spread out, and reconnect.

*Designed for Connection
-Host team-building tournaments in the gym.
-Set up long tables for shared meals.
-Run workshops during the day and game nights in the evening.
-Let kids play while adults relax.
This property was intentionally designed so large groups don’t feel cramped or divided into separate rooms like traditional vacation rentals.

* A Note on Sanitation and Retreat Reset
Because of the size of the facility (including gym, arcade, sleeping areas, and kitchen), every booking includes a full professional facility reset and sanitation service after departure.
For large groups, this typically averages only $10–15 per guest — often less than the cost of a single restaurant meal — while providing exclusive access to the entire building.
When split among your group, most stays average less than a typical hotel stay per person — with significantly more space and complete privacy.

* Ideal Stay Length
Most groups stay a minimum of 2–3 nights to fully enjoy the space and create a meaningful retreat experience.

Summer dates book quickly, so early planning is highly recommended.

* Important Booking Details
• 2-night minimum stay
• 50% due at booking, remainder due before arrival
• 60 days before booking cancelation policy due to the size and preparation required for each group.
Because this is a large-scale private facility, short-notice bookings are rare — we encourage groups to secure dates early.

If You’re Looking For…
A quiet 3-bedroom getaway — this isn’t it.
But if you’re looking for:
✔ A fun-filled group experience
✔ Space to truly gather
✔ A private retreat environment
✔ Room for big energy and big connection
McKinley Mansion was built for exactly that.

Full Building, Sleeps up to 70

We had our family reunion here this July and the building worked out perfect for us. There was plenty of entertainment for everyone, the younger kids loved the zip line and the teenagers enjoyed playing basketball etc. in the gym. It was nice having 2 separate living rooms, the adults were able to visit in one and the children in another. The kitchen worked out well and we were able to cook all of our meals. The hosts are amazing, and communicate very quickly. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a group location.

Wonderful family reunion venue

We absolutely loved our stay and McKinley Mansion! There were 27 of our family there. We especially loved having 3 refrigerators (they were all full the first day). The décor made my granddaughters tell me they felt like a princess in a castle. The zipline was in use almost 24/7.

Family Reunion

Such a fun place to gather with friends or family! Highly recommended for all sorts of gatherings. The space has been beautifully renovated and is full of character. plenty of spaces to spread out the fun for a variety of activities. Comfortable beds, fun amenities (zipline, arcade games, dodgeball, basketball), and a great dining space for meals and snacks. Excellent, responsive hosts, who help ensure a great experience from booking to completion. so, so fun.

Such a fun place to gather

This is an absolutely wonderful venue for large parties. the rooms were clean, the bathrooms were well stocked and very clean, the kitchen was stocked with just about everything we could have needed. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive to our concerns and questions. we would highly recommend this venue and look forward to visiting it again in the future.
