Cabin Porch Paradise

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! The cabin was perfect. It is nestled in the hills of brown county just a short distance from the marina; a perfect location. the cabin was impeccably clean and the beds were oh so comfy. The cabin is very well appointed from the hot tub to the smoker to the espresso machine and ice cream maker. We have stayed in five different cabins in the area and this was far and above the best. Communication was great and responses to questions were prompt. it is easy to understand why Melanie is deemed a super host! we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Cabin - Thanks for Sharing

From the moment we approached the property, we knew we'd found something special. But when we entered the property, we immediately settled into the feeling of home. From the frogs that greeted us to the hummingbirds, the design, the details and appointments - everything was beautiful, peaceful, and settling. Quiet luxury in the middle of a loving forest setting. The host, Melanie, ensured we had everything we needed. Perfect communication. we celebrated a birthday while there and we will not forget it and plan to return. Thank you Melanie. you've created a soulful space.

We Felt Completely at Home...

We stayed 2 nights and loved everything about the house! The drive was beautiful and the property was absolutely amazing! I wish we would have been able to spend more time at the cabin as we were at the wedding venue 90% of the time, but the time we were able to relax there was much needed. We will definitely be back!

Wedding Weekend Getaway

What a lovely cabin! We enjoyed the beauty, peace and quiet of the property and surrounding countryside. And, the cabin was so cute! Everything was functional, including a well-stocked kitchen and a beautiful fireplace and lovely hot tub. What a fabulous getaway!

Serene Getaway

I cannot say enough good things about the owner of this cabin. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my stay due to an unexpected and severe case of poison ivy. Even though I wasn't able to enjoy the cabin, the owner went above and beyond to help me obtain my reimbursement from my travel insurance. The owner was kind and patient, helping me with every step, even though it had nothing to do with them. That's something you don't see in many people these days. The point is that the owner genuinely cares about the guests and is a very kind person. I look forward to rebooking in the future when I can enjoy this beautiful cabin and the hospitality that comes with it. Highly recommend!

Kind and caring owner
