Melinda & Doug — WOW! What a great place you have here in this slice of heaven. I wish we never had to leave! We brought our kids for the first time and now they are going to be spoiled for life.
We rented a boat from EJ and also did a charter to see the grotto, sharks, pigs and iguanas… oh, and drank our fair share of Goombay rum punch and Kaliks! Some of us were brave enough to hold up a stingray at Chat ’N’ Chill too! We named one of the rays Slimy Joe because he wasn’t as rough as the others.
We loved all the water equipment you have here for our enjoyment. You truly thought of everything!

What a wonderful piece of paradise you’ve created to make family memories that will last a lifetime!
The home is so beautiful and fully stocked to perfection. We enjoyed exploring on several boat days—we saw sea turtles, stingrays, sand dollars, and beautiful seashells. We swam with the pigs, snorkeled all over, and loved every minute of it.
EJ was our boat captain, and we absolutely loved him! Some of our favorite lunches were Bay Mahini, Chat ‘N’ Chill, Coconut Club, and Sandpiper in Georgetown. We also loved our jet ski day, and having them delivered right to the house made everything so easy.
The kayaks and pool days at the house were amazing. Our kids loved the house and the entire outdoor space. There was so much to explore and enjoy, and every nook of the property was beautifully done.
