Welcome to your peaceful getaway in scenic Colorado Springs. Our beautiful, modern, brand-new townhouse is 3 miles from the United States Air Force Academy. As a military family, we wanted to help provide a peaceful space and place for other families, or others visiting the great city of Colorado Springs. Conveniently located off Interquest Parkway, with access to all the dining, shopping, and entertainment options you could need. This is the perfect home away from home for your next vacation!

The Sanctuary at The Springs

A grateful mother for the modernly designed , clean, and cozy home!
My son and I spent a wonderful and memorable week in this beautiful home after his ACL surgery!
The first floor suit provided easy access for his post surgery recovery! Full bathroom, comfortable bed and couches, a fridge and TV. The leather recliner can lift up almost to standing position.
The second floor’s stunning kitchen and family room are well stocked and decorated!
The third floor has beautifully designed, decorated, and spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, super clean linens, and pillows. Everything was perfect!
Location is about 10 minutes away from the academy!
The host is kind, caring, welcoming and responsive!
We are grateful to the Lord Jesus Christ and our family hosts for having us at your modernly designed and yet cozy home.

Thank you

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful rental! Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, well stocked, well appointed, everything was perfect. The host is warm, welcoming, and responsive. Location is near Academy, movie theater, Starbucks, just about anything you need. Good setup for working remotely too. 10/10 rental, do not hesitate to book, we will be back for sure.

Best rental!

This might be the best and cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. A beautiful layout and so close to all the stores and restaurants. It was so nice and had literally everything we wanted and needed. The hosts were great and accessible. Our stay could not have been better.

Fantastic Rental.

We had a college besties girls' trip and had a blast! The townhouse is very clean, modern, well equipped and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was central to do many things around Colorado Springs and Denver. All beds and pillows were super comfy and rooms had charging stations. Two large televisions (one in primary bedroom) was great for late night movies/streaming. So many things to do in the area and the weather was incredible. We would definitely receommend and/or return!
