THE HIVE | A PRIVATE SMOKY MOUNTAIN RETREAT
A little cabin. A lot of room to disconnect.
Tucked away on nearly two private acres in Maggie Valley, North Carolina, The HIVE is an intimate, design-forward cabin created for two. Surrounded by the woods and thoughtfully designed from the ground up, it's a place to slow down, settle in, and experience the Smoky Mountains a little differently.
Start your morning with coffee on the deck, step into the outdoor shower and immerse yourself in nature, or spend an afternoon in the hammock with nowhere else to be. Explore nearby waterfalls, take a drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway, and return to an evening around the fire beneath the trees.
Whether you're celebrating something special, planning a romantic weekend, or simply looking for a beautiful place to get away, The HIVE offers the privacy of a secluded mountain cabin with the thoughtful details of a boutique retreat.
THE SPACE
Small in size, but never short on character.
At approximately 350 square feet, The HIVE was designed with intention. Natural white pine, raw stone, polished concrete, and warm finishes create a comfortable, inviting space that feels connected to its surroundings.
Inside, you'll find a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen with black cabinetry and stone countertops, a beautifully finished bathroom, and the comforts needed for a relaxing stay.
Everything has its place, and nothing feels unnecessary. It's simple, thoughtful living with a little extra attention to the details.
THE OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE
Some of the best parts of The HIVE are found just outside the door.
Set among nearly two acres of private woodland, the cabin gives you space to enjoy the mountains at your own pace. Take your morning coffee onto the deck, spend an afternoon in the hammock, or gather around the fire pit as the evening settles in.
The outdoor shower is a guest experience all its own. Surrounded by the natural landscape, it's a chance to enjoy warm water, fresh mountain air, and a moment completely removed from the everyday.
You'll also have a grill, Adirondack seating, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the changing seasons, peaceful surroundings, and occasional wildlife passing through.
EXPLORE MAGGIE VALLEY & THE SMOKIES
Secluded doesn't have to mean far away.
The HIVE offers a quiet home base for exploring Western North Carolina, with scenic drives, mountain towns, waterfalls, and outdoor adventures within easy reach.
Visit Soco Falls, follow the Blue Ridge Parkway through the mountains, explore the shops and restaurants of Maggie Valley and Waynesville, or spend a day discovering Cherokee and Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Hike in the morning, discover a local restaurant in the afternoon, and return to your own private retreat by evening.
Or skip the itinerary altogether. Some days are better spent doing absolutely nothing.
A STAY THAT STAYS WITH YOU
The HIVE was created around a simple idea: getting away should feel different from everyday life.
Not because there's more to do, but because there's finally time to enjoy it.
Slow mornings. Fresh mountain air. Long conversations by the fire. The kind of moments that make you wish you had booked one more night.
Welcome to The HIVE.
Your little corner of the Smoky Mountains.
