Villa Silva - Altus Thea Villas, Seaview, Luxury

WOW!! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, brand-new villa. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the entire property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect and relaxing vacation. The owner was lovely, welcoming, and always happy to help. We highly recommend this villa and would definitely love to return!

BEST VACATION EVER!!!

The accommodation was more than worth the money.

You get a breathtaking view, especially in the evening. The pool is top-notch, and everything—from the terrace to the bedrooms—is visually appealing and minimalist, free of unnecessary clutter or decorations. Everything was spotlessly clean.

There is also a really good gas grill and an abundance of kitchenware; almost everything was provided, ranging from pots to sandwich makers and orange juicers.

Personally, I particularly liked the tiling throughout the house, the scent of the provided soap, and the orange-colored bathroom windows.

At check-in, they kindly provided chilled water bottles, wine, and snacks.

Communication was friendly and seamless. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and the host. We had an awesome time at the villa.

Awesome Villa

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Silva and would happily recommend it to other families. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was perfect for our family, and having both a washing machine and a dryer was a huge bonus.

We chose to pay the €50 per day to heat the pool, and it was absolutely worth it. Thanks to the heated pool, we were able to swim and enjoy it every day during our stay.

The location is excellent. While you do need a car, restaurants and supermarkets are just a short drive away, making everything very convenient.

Most importantly, the owners and the property agent were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

Thank you for a fantastic stay—we would definitely love to come back!

Villa Silva

Fantastic villa, fully equipped, conveniently located in the center of Kissamos and close to the most beautiful beaches. We stayed with children and they had a wonderful time. I recommend this property for its beauty and comfort. What's also very welcome and not to be taken for granted is the helpful staff, always available for any requests and advice.
