Accommodating guests for over a decade, the Renovated Barn offers a unique experience to stay in a real barn, while staying right next door to a friendly group of ffarm animals. Your neighbors will be goats, ducks, peacocks, and a pig!
This small but cozy Barn offers 1 room with attached bathroom. In the room there is a Queen bed, kitchenette, sitting area with TV/Netflix, Wifi, and small table with 2 chairs.
We give guests privacy while staying in the Renovated Barn, which is located next to our home, where we live with our 2 dogs. Our dogs are fenced in and kept away from guests, though they are within sight and do bark on occasion. The Renovated Barn is on an actual farm, so I do come onto the grounds each day to feed and tend the animals, once in the morning and again in the late afternoon. Guests are permitted to feed the animals, provided they follow the rules as written in the Welcome Guide.
** Adults only (aged 18 and older only)
**Pets are permitted for an additional fee- $10 per pet, per night

Renovated Barn at Seneca Rocks

What a find. It’s cute as a button. Fell asleep to the sound of the creek and not cars orplanes. I slept like a ton of bricks. Perfect for me and my pup. 10 minutes fromSeneca. 15 from dolly sods

What a Find

We are returning guests to the Renovated Barn with dogs. Lucky for us we were able to book last minute and beat a snow storm back at home. The Barn is so cozy and comfortable. We love the barn animals and we're prepared this time and brought snacks for them to eat. We will definitely return. Thank yiubfor another amazing stay.

Loved our stay

I had a wonderful time staying at the renovated barn. It was so cozy and welcoming. I was impressed by how beautifully and creatively done it all was and the modern amenities that were added. There were so many extra touches to make this stay really stand out from others. I appreciated the well-marked parking area since I arrived near dark, the instructions pointing out how to use things, the visitors binder, reliable wifi, and the farm fresh eggs left by the host for breakfast. My senior dog didn't want to leave in the morning, and I wish we could have stayed longer than a night. I took some great photos to share with friends and recommended your place. I hope to visit in the future and stay at another one of your rentals. Sincerely, Linda and pups

Great stay

We had a wonderful 2-night stay while visiting the Dolly Sods Wilderness area. Absolutely loved everything about it. The animals, the sound of the creek, the stars at night, the cozy and rustic decor, with all the comforts we needed. I definitely want to return!

Charming, unique and comfortable

We just absolutely loved this renovated barn. It had all of the essentials that we needed to be comfortable and unwind after a couple of long days of hiking and exploring the area.

As an extra bonus, the owner left some fresh eggs in the refrigerator on our arrival, and we got to try duck eggs for the first time in our lives.

It is also centrally located to just about everything we wanted to do for the weekend. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
