About the Home Owner: "Latitudes and Attitudes"
Many owners along 30A name their homes based on personalities and how they present their home. After 30 years of vacationing in the warmer weather whenever possible, and enjoying the relaxed Jimmy Buffett lifestyle, the name we chose for our house was based on a song JB sings explaining the further South you go to the warm climate, your attitude becomes more relaxed, calm, and you have a peaceful state of mind. This is what we want our guests to reflect on after vacationing in Our Paradise!!!
Latitudes and Attitudes at Inlet Beach is a retreat for friends and family to gather. The amenities will be everything we have experienced in our many trips to exotic destinations throughout our life. We bring the best of what we have seen and into our properties and offer an experience to our guests that they will remember a lifetime!!!
Inlet Beach, which was once part of “Old Florida”, has now flourished into the up and coming area on the Far Eastern side of 30A. With Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach only a short walk or ride, Inlet Beach is close proximity to everything you want, but also offers the quietness of a neighborhood with little traffic and the luxurious Aqua Blue Gulf and Fine White Sandy Beach.
Our Property offers the Best Views anyone could ask for. You can see for miles in all directions from any of the three amazing decks that offer both covered protection, or sun worshiping areas, depending on your mood and “Attitude” for the day!!!
Our private pool, which is one of the largest in the area, offers an area for lap swimming, or sitting on the sun shelf with a drink and a book in your hand with the chairs located in the pool. Children of all ages will enjoy the coolness of the water in the summer or be able to swim during the off-season when the pool can be heated for an additional charge.
Latitudes and Attitudes is a gather place for any occasion.
Why this property:
Inlet Beach has become very popular as a Wedding Destination. With the extreme cost of Weddings at Rosemary or Alys Beach, many have chosen to gather for a Bonfire Dinner on the Beach as their rehearsal dinner, and to get married on the beach at Inlet, followed by a reception catered in the area. Our property can accommodate up to 20 persons and will give ample room for everyone to enjoy each other’s company, but also have privacy when wanted.
If you are looking for a Family Reunion, look no further. The kitchen at 220 W. Park Place Ave. is the envy of anyone who loves to cook. With 2 Refrigerators, 2 Dishwashers, 1 Large Stove/Oven plus an extra oven, and 2 Sinks, this kitchen is great to work at and have a large feast!!! Many Family Reunions, Small Intimate Weddings, Thanksgivings, & Christmas Gatherings around the Fireplace will happen here!!! The Buffet area allows for hot food set ups and families to enjoy meals together with ample room for everyone.
Shopping, Eating, and Relaxation is just a short walk or drive from our Paradise. Rosemary Beach, 30A Avenue, Seacrest Beach, and Alys are all within walking, biking, or a short drive away.
Unique Benefits:

Latitudes & Attitudes at Inlet Beach

This is an amazing property! The furniture, amenities, and overall accommodations are all first class. Every bedroom has its own full bathroom, and each couple had a comfortable king-size bed, which made the stay especially enjoyable for our group.

The kitchen is extremely well stocked, with double refrigerators and everything we needed, including plenty of cooking supplies, plates, cups, and utensils. We especially loved the huge dining table, which gave our entire group plenty of room to sit together and enjoy meals.

The three balconies were another highlight, with great furniture and plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The location is fantastic—essentially right on the beach. It’s just a short walk across a quiet street with virtually no traffic, making beach access very easy.

There is also plenty of parking for a large group, and the property is conveniently located near several great restaurants along 30A.

We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to our next group trip to Latitudes & Attitudes at Inlet Beach! Highly recommended!

Michelle was quick to respond and cared about ensuring we had a great stay!

Beautiful home with everything one would need. Perfectly laid out for large groups.

Plenty of room. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes and not crowded at all (we went in August). Clean property. The kitchen is stocked with literally everything you would need. Enough bath towels that each person had 2 and we were supplied with beach towels for each person.

The house was perfect for our vacation with 19 people!!

It was our first time in the Florida Panhandle, and we picked an amazing property to visit. The house is unbelievable with all the amenities. To start with the kitchen, which had everything imaginable to welcome a large group of people. There were at least 40ea of plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, and every large kitchen appliance had two each for again, larger parties. The views leaves you in awe!!! You overlook the most beautiful blue water, and white sand dunes I have ever seen. And you can have the views from three floors. There are six bedrooms that have private baths, and private toilets. Two Gulf front bedrooms on the second floor have private decks also as does the Master Suite which is the only room on the fourth floor. The Decor is great because it does not overdo the property with Beach Theme, but gives hints of it in every room. We had the best time with the beach a very short walk, and the white sandy beach that was not very crowded. We learned that anywhere on 30A during Summer, Fall Break, or Spring Break is overly crowded and not necessarily a fun place to be. Inlet beach is a hidden gem where you can walk or bike over to Rosemary, Seacrest, or Alys beach, and not get caught in traffic. Or if you want to go to Panama City Beach, you don't have to sit in traffic on 30A. The beach was amazing with bonfires in the evening, and many weddings being performed on the weekends, yet not very crowded. And when we were finished with a fun filled day on the beach, the pool is one of the largest in the area for children and adults alike. At the pool area is a huge grill to cook food, and a covered bar/kitchen area for eating and having a few cocktails. It shows that the owners took great pride in building and supplying this property for their guests. Not many owners will do this and are only looking for the greatest profit. What a Great Time we had and I look forward to coming back soon!!!

Best larger home we have ever rented!!!

The house is set up perfectly and equipped with anything you might need for a large group. The location is convenient and the views from the house are awesome. Everyone in our group had a great time. Michelle was a pleasure to work with and instantly responsive to any questions. Had everything set up perfectly for us when we arrived.

We booked this property for a family get together and everything was superb.
