Leave it all

Everything was absolutely perfect. The house is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Fresh flowers everywhere, the lovely scent of cleanliness, and incredibly comfortable beds with soft, cozy sheets that gently lull you to sleep. The view is sublime, while the peaceful silence and the valley create the perfect backdrop to all this beauty. Every little detail has been thoughtfully taken care of. It’s perfect if you’re traveling with kids as it’s full of toys and thoughtful touches just for them, but it’s just as perfect if you’re a couple of travelers like us. Nothing could be more romantic. I highly recommend it to everyone. Come here and don’t miss out on this little paradise, nestled in one of the most enchanting places in central Norway. Grazie mille.Dankjewel, tot ziens ❤️

Stunning

Some places offer comfort, beautiful views, and a good night’s sleep. This place offers all of that—and much more.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this is not just another rental house. The two-story home is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and everything needed for a relaxing stay is provided. What truly stands out is the attention to detail: fresh flowers, beautiful photographs on the walls, and even a guitar that inspired me to remember a few chords.

Outside, you can enjoy the sauna, breathtaking mountain views, a nearby waterfall, and the sight of sheep peacefully grazing just beyond the windows. My daughter was absolutely delighted throughout our stay.

But what made this experience special was something far beyond the house itself. What could have been just another stop on our journey became an adventure, an experience, and a personal discovery. This place gave me the opportunity to slow down, reflect, see things from a different perspective, and learn something new about myself.

I could easily write a small book about this day, but some stories are best left for future visitors to discover themselves. I believe everyone who comes here will leave with their own unique memories and their own special story.

Whether you come for the beautiful house, the incredible surroundings, or simply a peaceful escape, you may leave with much more than you expected.

And perhaps that is because this home is filled with something that cannot be listed among the amenities: the warmth of the family behind it. Mick and Annemarie, together with their four wonderful children, have created more than just a place to stay. Their kindness, care, and spirit can be felt throughout the house, making it feel truly alive and welcoming.

Mick and Annemarie, thank you for an unforgettable experience

One Day, One Place, Countless Memories

Some friends & I arrived at the house and were immediatly blown away by how nice it is. We were welcome with open arms by our kind hosts. Would definitly stay here again :) Thank you for the warm welcome!

Perfect place to stay

We stayed here with three friends while traveling through Norway and had a very pleasant stay. The place was comfortable, the surroundings beautiful, and we truly enjoyed the sauna, a perfect way to relax. Mick and Annemarie are super hosts and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay with great hosts

While being there, you can feel the amazing atmosphere of that place and your Host; they're truly nice people and you'll know that instantly!
Location is outstanding - just outside the village, where all is surrounding you is Nature (with view on the valley), but just a minutes drive from the main road - which gives you great access to everything: Rondane Nationalpark, Ringebu, E6 Highway...

House is very well equipped and you can find all that you need. There's enough space for everything and parking the car is easy.
Huge thanks for the sauna, as sitting there in the evening, after long hike is something much appreciated - especially with this breathtaking view.

Totally recommend and wish to visit again soon!
