Our 2B/1B waterfront cottage is located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, just 15 minutes from Menominee. Experience breathtaking views of the water, a natural fire place, a BBQ on site and private access to a sandy beach with a fire pit, perfect for relaxing and making memories. You cannot beat the views of this recently updated waterfront cottage with premium beach access. Located just 15 minutes away from the town of Menominee, it’s the perfect spot to gather with family & friends away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Wake up early and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the magnificent sunrise over the water. The large fenced in yard is perfect for outdoor games and keeping your furry friends safe.
 Our cottage comes with corn hole and ladder golf. We also have beach chairs and life jackets to use if needed. When frozen, the bay is the perfect place to go skating, play ice hockey and go ice fishing. Plenty of fire wood is provided for both the indoor fire place and outdoor fire pit. The renovated kitchen/dining space offers an open concept design perfect for shared meals. The kitchen comes equipped with all of the necessities + a Keurig Machine (including coffee & tea). The cozy living room space is tastefully decorated for the winter season. It’s the perfect place to relax where you can also take in the scenery from the large windows showcasing the bays beauty. Snuggle up on those cold nights by the wood-burning fireplace with one of our board games or enjoy a movie by using our subscriptions to either Hulu or Disney Plus for a quiet night in. (ESPN is also offered)
 The home contains two bedrooms. The master offers a comfortable Queen bed with windows facing the beach. The second bedroom offers a Single bed as well as a bunk bed (Twin on the bottom, Single on top) - perfect for kids! A few days prior you will receive all the information needed for a smooth check in. The door is an electronic lock so it is seamless to check yourself in! After that you will be able to enjoy your stay here! Guests will have access to all of the property except for the garage. Guests will not have garage access. Our waters are shallow but perfect for a small fishing boat. Our property is quite quiet and serene, allowing you take in all that nature has to offer. There is plenty of room for parking. We recommend having a vehicle on site as we are located about 15 minutes away from the closest town. The shallow waters and off shore sand bars allow for a great family friendly swimming area right in front of the house.

Such a fun location. Just far enough from the grind to relax. Love the sound of Lake Michigan through the open window as you doze off to sleep. My dogs and kids have never been so tired as they were running and splashing in the sand and water all day.
