Enjoy easy, cozy living in this beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with an airy office nook (large enough for two desks) overlooking the main level—perfect for work-from-home days or planning your next Sandpoint adventure.
Sleep soundly on a luxurious California king bed and two comfortable queen beds, unwind by the cozy fireplace, and keep an eye out for the occasional town moose wandering through the neighborhood!
The fully equipped kitchen features a stovetop and counter top oven, along with cookware, dishes, microwave oven, utensils, and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. All linens are provided, and Ting high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, electricity, water, sewer, and trash service are all included for a seamless stay. Additional amenities include in-home laundry, ample storage, and inviting indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Step outside to enjoy the fully fenced backyard featuring raised garden beds, a fire pit, and even a charming chicken coop. Pets are genuinely welcome, and the convenient dog door provides direct access to the fenced backyard, making this an ideal retreat for both people and their pups. Pet fee: $100 per pet, per stay (not per day).
There is also a charming one-bedroom cottage located on the same property in a completely separate building. The cottage has its own private entrance, private parking, and exclusive access from the rear alley. Cottage guests do not pass through the main home's yard or living areas, and interactions between guests are typically non existent. Many guests never see one another during their stay.
The main home's backyard, fire pit, grill, and outdoor living spaces are reserved exclusively for your use and are not shared with cottage guests.
Traveling with extended family or friends? The cottage is also available to rent separately, making it a wonderful option for larger groups who would like to stay close together while still enjoying their own private accommodations. Feel free to inquire about availability if you're interested in booking both properties!
Located in one of Sandpoint's most walkable neighborhoods, you'll be just minutes from downtown shops, restaurants, breweries, City Beach, and both on-leash and off-leash dog-friendly trails. Whether you're visiting for work, adventure, or a relaxing getaway, you'll enjoy the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and convenience.
A Little Extra Peace of Mind:
Your stay includes Safely Damage Protection, providing an added layer of peace of mind during your stay. It helps cover certain accidental or guest-caused damage that may occur while you're enjoying the property.
We include this protection so you can relax and enjoy your stay knowing there is an additional layer of protection in place for both you and our home.
The protection fee is included in your reservation total, so there is no separate payment or action required after booking.

On the warm summer days, ceiling fans are provided throughout the property, and a portable AC unit is available to help keep you comfortable. We encourage guests to use both as needed during warmer weather.
Monthly stays are welcome! Ask about our discounted monthly rates.
