Vic s place was great. We just checked out this morning and would love to rent it again next time in San Jose. The place is clean, cozy like home with a quiet backyard great for my cat and us to enjoy. The location is super, close to freeway 101 with Asian Lion market, Taipan Chinese food, Vietnamese and Korean restaurants along with Starbucks, McDonald's and gas station all in one place just within couple blocks. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place.Joe

Vic s place was great.

I stayed at Vic’s other airbnb previously and had a great time and this location also exceeded expectations. It’s a spacious 2 bedroom, great size living room, dining room (can probably host up to 6 ppl) and very comfortable and was sparkling clean. This was a rare find as it’s normally booked out months ahead and I was glad they could accommodate my last minute booking. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. It comes with 1 parking spot though there’s lots of street parking which came in handy as I had friends popping in to visit.
There’s also a cute patio area at the back with lights and a willow tree. Didn’t get a chance to use the grill but saw that it came with a set of grilling utensils and looks very legit for a nice meal out.

Vic was great, very responsive and helpful and friendly. Place was clean, quiet and relaxing. Our little dog enjoyed the backyard, the bed was super comfy slept very well. Nice shower. Couldn’t find an iron and Vic offered to have one sent over right away. Good guy, great stay.

Vic was great, very responsive and helpful and friendly.

I found this place just a few days before my stay and it was perfect. I had 2 kids under 4 in my party and the place was comfortable for us. We had a short drive to parks, Happy Hollow, and dining. The beds were great and very comfortable. The pack and play, and high chair came in handy. We had one small issue and they helped us immediately remedy them.

Great place

Great host. I really appreciate the hospitality
