Stylish 1890's Victorian house centrally located a 1/2 block off Broad St. in the heart of downtown. 3 bedrooms-2 rooms with queen beds & 1 bedroom with a queen bed & a twin bed. Soft, stylish linens. Living room & dining room are perfect for hanging out with your family or friends. Fully stocked kitchen & 2 full bathrooms. There is a porch to hang out on & watch the world go by! 700+ Mbps wifi speeds 
You will have access to the entire house, front porch and back patio.
A couple of things to note:
-This is a Victorian house so the stairs are steep. There is one bedroom and one full bathroom on the 1st floor for anyone with mobility issues. 
-Dogs are only allowed with prior consent from host. An agreement to dog rules and non-refundable dog fee will be requested of you! Please mention you will be bringing a dog when you booking with us. No cats, please!
-There is a $30/ night charge for an additional people over 7.
-There is a tandem spot that fits two cars
We have another 1 bedroom Carriage Haus that sleeps 3 that is on the same property. Both units are great for wedding parties & friend & family get togethers!

Modern Victorian in the heart of downtown Nevada City

These homes are so beautiful. Definitely recommend the larger front house for more than 3 people. You will be amazed by her decorating! It is warm, inviting and cozy. Large house to easily manage a family get together but close to town to hit up the shops! (Extra cars park below the house for free parking - street has a cost). The owner really cares about making it a positive experience for you! I recommend staying here for anyone who visits!

What a hidden treasure!

What a treat to stay here! Beautiful space and a wonderful location. Definitely had to move many of the gorgeous touches out of reach of my two kids and the stairs to the upstairs two rooms are treacherous for anything other than able-adult-legs, but we were able to work around these things with relative ease and it was well worth it!
