Moonrise on Mill St.'s charming 1890's Carriage Haus is situated 1/2 block off Broad St. right in downtown.
You'll love the unique charm of this Mid-Century and Bohemian designed home that come together to create a peaceful space to enjoy some time away in the Sierra Foothills hiking or swimming in the Yuba.
Features a comfortable queen-size bed on the top floor with soft linens and plenty of pillows, as well as a spacious living room perfect for lounging and enjoying a book or a movie. Fully stocked kitchen, and bathroom. There is a queen pull out on the 2nd floor (living room).
We are 1 block from the Miner's Foundry and two blocks from the National Hotel/Lola's. 
A few things to note:
-House has two flights of stairs (see photos of stairs and floor plans). Bathroom is on the 1st floor and bedroom is on the 3rd floor. Stairs are steep and are not suitable for people with mobility issues.
-House does not come with a parking spot. Street parking only. 
-In addition to the queen bed in the bedroom, we have a pull out memory foam queen sofa sleeper that is best for 2 kids or 1 adult in the living room  
-Dogs are only allowed with prior consent from host. An agreement to dog rules and non-refundable dog fee will be requested of you! Please mention you will be bringing a dog when you book with us. No cats, please!
-There is a $30/ night fee for any additional people over 4.

Note: We have a 3 bedroom that sleeps 7 that is on the same property. Both units are great for wedding parties & friend & family get togethers!

Carriage Haus in the heart of downtown Nevada City

Location was walkable to everything in the historical downtown area. Loved the decor and appreciate the heads up regarding two flights of stairs!

Really nice spot! There are a lot of stairs between the bedroom and the bathroom which was fine for me but not for everyone. Very cute decor.

Loved staying here! Jess was so nice and super responsive. The home is lovely and cozy and I didn’t want to leave! It does span 3 floors for those with mobility issues, but I loved the layout. Decor was beautiful and cozy

Such a cute place in an epic location. The town was super welcoming and it was great to be able to walk everywhere and have a super comfortable stay.
