Sweet Birch Suite- Private Club Access

My wife and I are looking for a summer retreat and while in East Tennessee on business decided to check out Mountain Air. The room was outstanding; clean, comfortable, and perfect for sipping wine in front of the fireplace. The members went out of their way to welcome us. We were fortunate to arrive the night of their spring social and we were graciously invited and made to feel so welcome. Mountain Air is at the top of our list and we hope to be back soon.

Outstanding Facilities and People

My wife and I flew in for a night. Everyone was so nice. Starting from the local pilot's that walk you through the landing process and the safety briefing all the way to every staff member that we interacted with Shelley, the Director. The approach into Mountain Air is gorgeous. The property is clean and well kept. It was very quiet and not as busy as we expected for a fall weekend. The room was clean and cozy. The accommodations were great. We did not realize that most of the resort was closed on Sunday and we got there after the market closed on Saturday. They were kind enough to even leave us a snack basket to hold us over until we departed. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Stay!

I can't say enough about our stay in Sweet Birch Suite. We spent our Thanksgiving here and were lucky enough to enjoy a Thanksgiving Day feast as well as the beautiful property. In the evenings, it was like we had the entire lodge to ourselves and we enjoyed looking through the books in the library, sitting by the fire, surrounded by three beautiful Christmas trees, and star gazing by the fire pit outside. We can't wait to come back and are even adding this to our short list of places we might consider for a second home. Thank you for sharing your community with us!

Incredible Stay

The Sweet Birch Suite at the Mountain Air lodge was a very comfortable room with gorgeous views. It was a quiet room and we had access to everything we needed during our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall great stay!
