It provides direct access to the Galeries Lafayette station or the Palais Royal Musée du Louvre. - This apartment does not accept parties : significant charges will apply if travelers do not respect this. In case of complaint from our neighborhood or the police, guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately, without refund. The full security deposit will be hold. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. - Upon your arrival, we will ask an ID with the same name on your booking (and we will copy it on our phone). This is in order to prevent fraud. - Limited to 1 baby (under 2 years old) free of charge. If there is more than one baby, they must be added as "Children" The day of arrival: Check in is from 15.00 to 20.00 and check out is until 11:00 am at the latest. NOTE: for check in between 20.00 to 22:00, a surcharge of 30 euros is required. For check in after 22.00, a surcharge of 50 euros will be requested. No check in possible after 23:00 pm - Sofa bed is prepared for groups of more than 3 persons. If your group is less than 2 and you want the sofa-bed, you need to ask for it once your reservation completed. - The final cleaning of the apartment is included, we only ask to be delivered in a correct shape, that means, to wash the dishes and to take out the garbage. The apartment was clean, stylish, and situated very close to the metro and a grocery store. It took about 15 minutes to use the metro to get to the center of a Paris. The sofa bed is extremely comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to Paris!

An appartement clean, stylish and calm

I would recommend the house to anyone visiting Paris as villejuif is not far from the main city attractions!! Only notice is carry your snack or something to eat if you are coming in late at night because the house doesn’t offer any start up food like bread or even coffee.

Gildas was a good host, the house was clean and comfortable to live in

L'appartamento è pulito, confortevole e ben posizionato, il posto auto è un vero vantaggio. Tuttavia al nostro arrivo ci è stato consegnato un appartamento diverso da quello prenotato. Ottima la posizione, vicino alla metropolitana,Comoda per raggiungere tutti i luoghi più importanti di Parigi.

Endroit calme et tranquille à Paris et facile d'accès au centre. Il y avait des magasins à proximité ainsi qu'une galerie commerçante. Tout était propre et la climatisation était bonne. Bon accueil et très bonne information.Il y avait une petite odeur de fumée distincte dans l'appartement et je crois que ceux qui ont loué avant nous avaient fumé à l'intérieur. L'odeur de fumée n'est probablement pas là pour les prochains voyageurs.
