Estava tudo muito limpo e o conforto é excelente. Gildas sempre disponível a nossas dúvidas e foi tudo dentro do esperado. Adoramos a estadia!!!!

A casa é muito aconchegante, toda equipada e em lugar seguro é muito tranquilo. 

Het appartement ligt in een rustig straatje zodat je je in een klein Frans dorpje waant in plaats van in een miljoenenstad!Op loopafstand van de metro, ideaal. Ook een prima supermarkt(je) en een goede bakker vlakbij de metro. Auto kan op het eigen terrein worden geparkeerd, ook erg fijn. Het appartement is netjes en voorzien van alle basisbehoeften. De communicatie met Gildas verliep uitstekend en hij reageert altijd heel snel. We hebben er erg van genoten in de week dat we in Parijs waren en zouden zeker nog een keer terug gaan.

位置：步行5分钟到达地铁7号线维勒瑞夫站，半小时可以到达几乎所有的巴黎市区景点。巴黎本地的朋友告诉我，维勒瑞夫区所在的十三区是非常安全的，事实确实如此，街区比较安静。沟通：我们于当日中午询问房东是否可以提前将行李寄存于住处，房东同意了我们的请求，这为我们的旅行提供了很多方便。工作人员亲切地教我们如何使用密码门禁并交接钥匙。晚上我们回到住处时，房屋已打扫干净，我们的行李整齐地摆放在地毯上。（ps：中午时房间的装饰是粉色的气球派对氛围，晚上入住时是深色主题，喜欢这个细节）卫生：我给卫生满分💯。找不到一点可以挑剔的地方。 打开橱门，干净的餐具杯具摆放整齐等待使用，这正是我想要的。设施：浴室宽敞，热水器的热水足够5人使用，没有出现热水不够的情况。洗衣机可以正常使用。根据预定的人数提供了相应的浴巾和毛巾。Wi-Fi信号OK，提供了旅行转换插头。窗户外有升降遮光板以防阳光太热。床很舒服。总结：仅提前数天的情况下，于节假日周末预定到这个离市区不远位置安全的住宿，难以置信的高性价比。我推荐任何第一次来巴黎旅游的朋友都可以直接选择这家民宿👍🏻。再次感谢Gildas先生提供的帮助和服务。
