Close to Gustave Roussy, Paul Brousse and Bicêtre hospitals Line 7 allows you to reach Paris in two stations (Maison Blanche). The line goes directly to Châtelet (in the heart of Paris). It provides direct access to the Galeries Lafayette station or the Palais Royal Musée du Louvre. - This apartment does not accept parties : significant charges will apply if travelers do not respect this. In case of complaint from our neighborhood or the police, guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately, without refund. The full security deposit will be hold. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. - Upon your arrival, we will ask an ID with the same name on your booking (and we will copy it on our phone). This is in order to prevent fraud. - Limited to 1 baby (under 2 years old) free of charge. If there is more than one baby, they must be added as "Children" The day of arrival: Check in is from 15.00 to 20.00 and check out is until 11:00 am at the latest. NOTE: for check in between 20.00 to 22:00, a surcharge of 30 euros is required. For check in after 22.00, a surcharge of 50 euros will be requested. No check in possible after 23:00 pm - The final cleaning of the apartment is included, we only ask to be delivered in a correct shape, that means, to wash the dishes and to take out the garbage. wie es in dem Inserat beschrieben ist, mit einer Gruppe von acht Personen wie wir sie waren, war das eine tolle Aufteilung, besonders hervorzuheben sind die drei Bäder,. Supermarkt ist in der Nähe, die Metro 7 auch nur um die Ecke. tolles Haus, auch unser Auto stand sicher auf dem Parkplatz im Innenhof jederzeit gerne wieder!

Das Apartment war genauso

There were 4 of us ladies so safety, comfort and convenience was what we were looking for and we found all 3 in Gilda's place. The place was exactly as shown in the photos. It was exceptionally clean and we had more than enough space. The location was great. There were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Although we used Uber to get around, the subway station was just a few blocks away. The neiborhood was very safe and quiet. We felt comfortable enough to leave our things overnight as we took a 3 hour train ride over to Marseilles to see the Beyonce concert. We got back to the condo the next morning and our things were as we left them. I would definitely stay at Gilda's place again and if any of my friends or family are planning a trip to Paris I would certainly recommend Gilda's place. It was expensive but worth it.

It was our first time in Paris. 

Easy to use appliances. Grocery store nearby. Metro nearby. A general store (7-11) just down the corner. Owner speaks English.Bathroom was a little uncomfortable due to door and sink positions.
