Chalet Edelweiss

We felt instantly at home in this darling Swiss chalet and thoroughly enjoyed the incredible views of the towering mountains and the magnificent waterfalls of the Lauterbrunnen Valley. The chalet has comfortable beds for six, beautiful furniture in the dining room and living room as well as a fully equipped kitchen, even a fondue pot. There is also a washer and dryer which was very helpful. The chalet is conveniently located to the town of Lauterbrunnen with a bus stop nearby, which was also handy. The host was very helpful and the owners, Nancy and Dave Michels are wonderful. We give Chalet Edelweiss ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!!

Gorgeous Swiss chalet with stunning views

Beautiful apartment right in the valley of Lauterbrunnen. Apartment is very spacious and has all the amenities you would need. We stayed as a party of 6, the host even had a crib set up in our bedroom for our daughter. We cooked most of our meals during our stay because of the off season, most stores and restaurants were closed in the village and surrounding villages. The apartment had all different varieties of cookware and dishes for us to use. The place was very clean, comfortable beds, big bathroom and walk in shower. The view from the balcony is incredible and is absolutely wonderful waking up to every morning. The check-out process is very tedious especially since the cleaning fee is included, but it wasn’t the most inconvenient process. The host responded back to us quickly whenever we had any questions or issues regarding local activities or the apartment. Great place to stay if visiting the valley with a bigger party! Would love to stay again and will absolutely be recommending this home!
