Grace Whenua Chalets
(up to 20 ppl)

I hosted a retreat for 10 Women at Grace Whenus Chalets. The location was perfect and really enjoyed the Spa. Everyone loved having their own rooms and meant that people were able to be comfortable having alone time or being social.
Naomi was a great host and was easy to deal with.
Plan to use the Venue again for upcoming group stays.

Great Venue for Retreat

We were so lucky to have our wedding at Grace Whenua Chalets. This venue is absolutely perfect and stunning. All of our guests, from adults to kids loved it! Even though the weather was bad, it was still perfect because a lot of the outdoor areas are covered and also have heaters so you can still use them. The facilities are just perfect, from the workshop room which we decorated and used for our ceremony to the outdoor kitchen, and obviously the sauna and the spa were the absolute highlight! The kids had plenty of room to play and explore while the adults could party and relax - we’ll always have the best memories from our wedding weekend. Thank you for having us!

An incredible venue

Our family and friends stayed here for a special event and we were so thrilled with this accommodation and its facilities.

Everything was perfect. Naomi and Shane were so helpful leading up to our booking and even during our stay, answering questions/helping us out, etc.

The chalets were beautifully set up and so was the inside of the house. It was the perfect space for what we needed. We used the sauna in the 'Wellness Area' on both nights and the spa pool on the deck - everyone loved it!

We couldn't have asked for a better weekend, better weather, or a better spot for our get together.

Thank you both so much, for being so accommodating, welcoming, and helpful. We are so appreciative.

We will definitely be back again. =]

Family and Friend Get Together

My husband & I stayed here with our bridal party for 2 nights around our wedding day and we all absolutely loved this place! So awesome to have your own space with the chalets, and then be able to come together with all the communal areas. Everything was clean & tidy, with clear instructions for any rubbish or recycling. Heaps of cooking gear available, and we loved the spa pool! Naomi & Shane are amazing to book with, they were also incredibly helpful when we left some things behind after checkout. I have raved about this place to friends & family, and I’m looking for a reason to book again!

Awesome accomodation!

We were searching for the perfect place to bring our family together during an incredibly special and emotional time. One of our loved ones had received a very serious diagnosis, and we wanted to create a meaningful weekend.
This place was everything we could have hoped for and more. Every detail had been so thoughtfully considered. The beautiful chalet gave each of us our own private space, while still allowing us to come together as a whānau.
We shared special moments filled with laughter and enjoyed beautiful kai together.
It was an intimate and peaceful setting where we were able to create memories that will stay with us forever. We are truly grateful to Naomi and Shane for providing such a special place and making this experience possible.
We would highly recommend it to anyone—whether you’re going through a similar journey or simply wanting a meaningful and memorable time with family in a beautiful setting.
