THE POSHPADZ VACATION — NOTHING TO DO. YOU'RE ON VACATION.
Your vacation should begin when you arrive. That's why a member of our local POSHPADZ team personally welcomes you to the property rather than simply sending you a lockbox code.
If something needs attention during your stay, we're here to help. And when it's time to leave, take your belongings and enjoy your final morning — we don't give our guests a list of checkout chores.
Personally welcomed. Here when needed. Simply leave.
Welcome to Banyan Villa, part of the POSHPADZ Prestige Collection — your own private tropical retreat just 2 miles from Jupiter Beach. This beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-family home combines the privacy of your own heated pool, hot tub and tiki hut with a private 5-hole putting green and relaxing hammock — all in one of Jupiter's best locations. Spend the morning at the beach, come home for a swim in your private heated pool, practice your short game on your own 5-hole putting green, relax in the complimentary hot tub, or simply climb into the hammock and do absolutely nothing. In the evening, fire up the Weber propane BBQ and enjoy dinner beneath your own tiki hut. We make beach days easy too, providing beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, cooler and beach tote for our guests. Your Own Private Florida Oasis The outdoor space is one of the real highlights of Banyan Villa. Your private swimming pool features a sun shelf, jets and colorful LED lighting, creating a wonderful setting both during the day and after sunset. Golfers can enjoy their own private 5-hole putting green, while those with rather less energetic plans can settle into the hammock and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Relax in the hot tub, stretch out on the loungers, enjoy a cool drink beneath the private tiki hut, or gather outside for dinner from the Weber propane BBQ. Whether it's morning coffee, an afternoon in the hammock or cocktails beside the illuminated pool in the evening, the backyard is your own private place to enjoy. Inside Banyan Villa Banyan Villa was professionally designed by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team to create a bright, contemporary and comfortable vacation home. The three bedrooms feature two luxurious King-size beds and one Queen-size bed, with blackout curtains for a great night's sleep. All three bedrooms also have their own flat-screen TVs. A luxury air bed is available for additional guests, allowing Banyan Villa to accommodate up to 8 guests. At the heart of the home is the large designer kitchen with quartz countertops, double refrigerator and oversized kitchen island. It's fully equipped for meals at home, with plenty of space for everyone to gather and chat while dinner is being prepared. The spacious living room features a 70-inch Smart TV, comfortable seating and an adjoining dining area for relaxed meals together. The POSHPADZ Prestige Collection Our Prestige Collection is designed for guests who want the privacy of a beautiful single-family vacation home with a little more included. At Banyan Villa you'll enjoy: Private heated swimming pool Complimentary hot tub Private 5-hole putting green Relaxing hammock Private tiki hut Weber propane BBQ Luxury pool floats Yoga mat Beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella Cooler and beach tote Complimentary bottle of red, white or sparkling wine Complimentary early check-in when available Complimentary late check-out until 12 noon when available Simply let us know your wine preference before arrival. If no selection is made, we'll leave a bottle of sparkling wine for you. Our Prestige homes are designed to make your vacation as easy and enjoyable as possible — arrive, settle in and enjoy your time in Jupiter. Just 2 Miles from Jupiter Beach One of Banyan Villa's greatest advantages is its location. Jupiter Beach is approximately 2 miles from the home, so you're only minutes from the sand and ocean. You'll also be close to Jupiter's excellent waterfront restaurants, shopping, parks, boating, fishing and other attractions. Harbourside Place and the Jupiter Inlet area are a short drive away, with numerous restaurants and places to enjoy a drink overlooking the water. Golf enthusiasts have easy access to some of Palm Beach County's excellent courses, while baseball fans are within easy reach of Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium. You get the privacy and space of your own home, pool and backyard, while remaining close to everything that makes Jupiter such a special vacation destination. The POSHPADZ Difference POSHPADZ — Since 2006, a name you can trust. We believe a great vacation rental should be more than an attractive property. It should be beautifully prepared, professionally managed and supported by real local people when you need them. That's why every POSHPADZ Prestige guest is personally welcomed by a member of our local team on arrival. We'll familiarize you with the home, show you how everything works, answer your questions and make sure you're comfortably settled in. You'll also have our local POSHPADZ team available throughout your stay should you need assistance. Personally welcomed. Here when needed. Simply enjoy. Starter Essentials Every POSHPADZ property includes a starter supply of essentials to make arrival easier. Banyan Villa provides two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, starter dishwasher tablets, hand soap, hotel-size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent and starter garbage bags. Pool & Hot Tub Information Pool heating is available for $50 per day. Depending on weather conditions, the pool may require up to 24 hours to reach temperature. The pool will be professionally cleaned prior to arrival and receives weekly pool service during your stay. Additional pool cleaning can be requested for $95 per visit. Use of the hot tub is complimentary. Please allow up to approximately 12 hours for the hot tub to reach 100°F when necessary. As with any mechanical equipment, occasional faults can occur. POSHPADZ cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of the hot tub or provide refunds for malfunctions beyond our reasonable control. Important Information Before Booking The minimum booking age is 25, and the property's maximum permitted occupancy must be observed. Third-party bookings are not permitted. The person making the reservation must be staying at the property. Groups who materially misrepresent their occupancy or fail to meet the minimum age requirement may be refused accommodation or have their stay terminated in accordance with the rental agreement. Excellent place! Great back yard

The property was even better than I expected. Great home for our family to spend the week of Christmas, plenty of space for five adults and amenities are fantastic.
