With nearby bus stops and taxi access, public transport is easily accessible and exploring Malta is hassle-free.
Airport to the property is approximately 10 km (16 minutes by car) and offers an ideal base for exploring Malta!
This 2-bedroom apartment is equipped
with shared = kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, utensils, pots and pans,
refrigerator, microwave), a TV, a small dining counter, providing
ample space for relaxation and meals, a shared kitchen, and (2) bathrooms.
This property also comes with balconies with inland/no
view&nbsp;and can accommodate 8 up to 10
guests.

Additional information:
1. Please note that the damage deposit of €200 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only. This is adjusted to €50 per person from the 5th person onwards (payment by card).

3. WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28 nights stay) and is not applicable for 28-night stay and above.
4. Parking is available on the street.
5. Paid washing machine and dryer available on the lower ground floor.
6. The gym is open in the building and open from May to September. 
7. No daily cleaning for the unit. 
8. Monthly rates from 28 nights are for a MINIMUM OF 3 PERSONS; EXTRA PERSONS are charged extra. Reservation price excludes utility bills, wifi/TV connection, and after check out cleaning fees (applies for deep cleaning, repainting works, and linens laundry) are paid monthly in advance.

(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent of the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival or during the duration of stay, it is NON-REFUNDABLE. (e) After check out, cleaning fees for a 28-night stay or long stay is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival. At Holiday Letting Malta, guests enjoy hassle-free check-ins with self-key boxes available for key collection at any time upon arrival. The apartments are easy to locate both day and night, thanks to a convenient color-coding system. While Swieqi is a tranquil, family-friendly town, it maintains a lively atmosphere with numerous cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. Public transport options such as buses and cabs are readily accessible. Please note that due to natural wear and tear, some interior décor and furnishings may be updated or replaced over time.
