<p>The guest studio is north facing with large windows and panoramic views of thoroughbred farmland and the Kaimai Ranges.  The private courtyard is the perfect area to absorb the beauty and tranquility of farm life and watch the sunset on the horizon. Inside, the room has been fitted with quality fixtures; a comfortable king size bed and queen sofa bed (made up on request), a luxurious double shower and modern kitchenette area. In winter it is beautifully sunny and warm. Perfect for a romantic treat or get-away! <br></p>

One of the loveliest stays ever with the most welcoming and thoughtful host! She provided amazing breakfast for you and even toys for our son - her kids were playing with our son and he loved the animals and everything! Would always come back again!! Best place ever

What an amazing little place! Kylie went above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable. We wished we could have stayed longer! Easy to get to, super clean and tidy, incredible facilities, super comfy beds, and delicious food and snacks! Honestly highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area, no issues at all!

Very comfortable stay and super clean. There was an exceptional attention to details, which we loved. The host was welcoming and very kind. Homemade bread and yogurt. Peaceful and quiet. Fabulous.
