It is situated at the center of Protaras, only 250 meters from the famous Fig Tree Bay beach, the main shops, restaurants, bars and clubs of Protaras. 
The modern villa is characterized by 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

On entering the villa you will find an open plan living area, dining area and kitchen. The living area open to modern and comfortable sofas where you can relax and enjoying a movie. The dining area consisting of a dining table seats eight people. The modern fully equipped kitchen features granite worktops with built in oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils. 
The outside areas of the stunning Villa is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the famous Mediterranean sunshine.
Numerous sun loungers with towels surrounding the private 8x4 swimming pool, that can be heated (extra charges apply) during the colder months and a unique outside dining.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It’s spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and equipped with everything you need. The pool area is great, and the location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to both the beach and the center.Our host was fantastic, very friendly, and always helpful. We felt perfectly taken care of and would happily come back anytime.Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at the villa in Cyprus! Everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms were beautifully furnished, very clean, and comfortable. Everything we needed was already there – from the kitchen equipment to all the little details that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was peaceful and ideal for relaxing. We felt completely at home and would definitely come back again.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. Everything was super clean and fully equipped — we had everything we needed, and nothing was missing. The host took care of everything and responded very quickly whenever we had questions. We’ve already stayed here twice, and we will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Stayed over a weekWe traveled as a family, including children, children-in-law, and grandchildren. We really enjoyed the holiday—the house had everything we needed. We did a lot of our own cooking, and the kitchen was very well-equipped. The pool and outdoor area were fantastic. The town itself isn't particularly charming, but the beach is lovely and great for children. It is located close to good shopping options. We would definitely love to come back to the house for a holiday.
