We are delighted to introduce this stunning 4 bedroom luxury villa situated in the most desirable location of Protaras, just 250 meters from the famous Fig Tree Bay beach and the main tourist centre of Protaras. All the necessities are within easy walking distance where you will find shops, supermarkets, banks, bars, restaurants and the night life. This superb villa is beautiful inside and out, with luxurious furnishings and fittings, everything to make your holiday enjoyable and comfortable. The villa has 3 levels consisting or 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, all with en-suite shower bathrooms and a 4th bedroom in the basement area. All bedrooms have double beds. On entering the villa you will find an open plan living area, dining area and kitchen. The living area is open with modern and comfortable sofas where you can relax and enjoy a movie. The dining area has a dining table which seats eight people. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features granite worktops with built-in oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils. On the ground floor you will also find a guest WC. The outside area of the villa is made for ultimate relaxation, the perfect place to soak in the famous Mediterranean sunshine, including a fantastic roof garden where you can enjoy a glass of wine and admire the lovely views. Numerous sun loungers with towels surround the private 8x4 swimming pool, that can be heated (extra charges apply) during the colder months. There is also an outside dining and barbecue area. A stunning villa in a unique location for an unforgettable holiday.

We had a fantastic stay at Fig Tree Bay Residences No. 3 in Cyprus and would happily return!The villa is perfectly located for exploring Protaras, with a great selection of local restaurants and bars within easy reach, as well as the beautiful Fig Tree Beach. The location really couldn’t have been better.The villa itself was spacious, spotlessly clean and modern, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was particularly well stocked, and there were plenty of amenities to make our stay easy and enjoyable.Kyriakos and Eleni were fantastic hosts and were always on hand whenever we needed anything. We did encounter a couple of minor issues during our stay, but they were dealt with quickly and efficiently, which was much appreciated.Overall, we had a brilliant holiday and would highly recommend Fig Tree Bay Residences No. 3 to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located villa in Protaras. We would definitely stay here again!

 The villa is modern, incredibly spacious, and spotless. The private pool area became our favorite spot to relax after spending the morning down at Fig Tree Bay, which is just a short walk away. The mood lighting in the bedrooms gave the home a sleek, luxury feel, and the outdoor patio setup was perfect for group dinners. Highly recommend for families or groups of friends looking for a peaceful yet central spot in Protaras!

Our stay at Residence 3 was phenomenal!

I have just come home from an amazing holiday with husband, adult children and 2 young grandchildren and we all had the best time! This villa is beautiful, it is equipped with everything you need, all rooms have en-suite and all rooms in house have aircon it’s so comfortable to stay in.We have all been on holiday so many times and all agree we slept so well every night! If you have any problems or need any advise the Owner answers and has a solution immediately! I would not hesitate to stay here or any of his other villas in the future We are all sad to come home!

Excellent stay again. I have stayed there for 4 years now and it’s the best family vacation every time. The house is amazing and very relaxing in the best location for Protaras. I live in the US and go every year with my 2 teenagers. My mom and my two young nieces join me (they live in Cyprus) and we all stay at the house. During weekends my brothers visit me and they stay at their apartments for the night, but are with us during the day enjoying the pool and location. Excellent place and best of all, the host is extremely responsive and respectful of our time. Great house with all the basics and mostly, very relaxing atmosphere; furniture is beautiful and minimalist decor which adds to feeling cozy and relaxing
