Villa Sheley with private heated pool

The location is wonderful. Shops are within walking distance, with a swimming beach also close by. The pool was lovely. Sun-beds were exceptionally comfy. The rooms were all great sizes, and the property is finished to a high standard. Hosts were amazing, very easy to contact and nothing was too much for them. Layout of the property is fabulous

We had a wonderful stay

Beautiful accommodation, spotless and wonderful facilities. Host was very nice and helpful. My family loved it, it was perfect in every way. Would definitely return

Amazing Villa

We had a fantastic 7 days stay at Villa Sheley with a group of eight. The villa was spacious, modern, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. We especially enjoyed the private swimming pool and barbecue area.
Mario was a wonderful host — friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. He made us feel very welcome and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay.
The location is also great, only around 15 minutes by car from Split, with taxis and Uber easily available.
We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Sheley and would definitely recommend it to others. We would happily come back!

Really nice Villa

One of the best accommodations we've had so far. First of all, we received a very warm welcome and everything was explained to us. I usually take a few things with me there I know from experience that there's always something missing in the accommodations. Be it the kettle, dish soap, or coffee tablets. I was so pleasantly surprised here; they had really put thought into it and the facilities were TOP-notch. Thank you. The location is perfect. You can also leave the car behind and travel comfortably by train in both directions. Tickets can be purchased online. We received help here as well. Dear Mara sent us everything in advance. It only takes a few minutes to get to the beach. Definitely go eat ice cream on the beach. There's also a bakery nearby that offers really delicious things until 9 pm. Plus a small supermarket. We had four bedrooms and each had its own bathroom, which was very convenient. There is a great kitchen with a dishwasher and a comfortable living room, all naturally air-conditioned. The highlight of this accommodation is the gigantic pool. We felt very comfortable and will definitely book our next trip there soon, should it also be to Croatia. We travelled as a family with 4 teenagers. Oh, and one more thing: there's a toilet and a shower in the outdoor area, which is very convenient with a teenager.

Perfect Villa

We had a truly wonderful stay at this villa near Trogir in Kaštel Gomilica. The house is maintained to an exceptionally high standard, and the attention to detail is impressive throughout. Everything feels carefully considered, from the smart technical solutions (including a clever wind-shielding door where you can adjust how much airflow you want) to the excellent layout, tasteful interior, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, and generous selection of towels and hygiene products. Nothing in or around the house seems to have been left to chance. The entire property was very clean, tidy, and beautifully presented.

The host was also extremely helpful and kind. Since we arrived a little late, he arranged drinks in the fridge for us before arrival, which was a much-appreciated touch. He was easy to reach on WhatsApp throughout our stay and always friendly and responsive.

The outdoor area is just as impressive as the house itself. The garden is lovely, and the pool was crystal clear and perfectly clean. It was a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the Croatian summer.

The location is also excellent. Within walking distance, there is a bakery, a grocery store, and several very good and reasonably priced local restaurants. We especially recommend Angolo and Strada. There is also a beautiful beach within walking distance, with two great beach bars that offer good variety and very reasonable prices.

Trogir is only about 15–20 minutes away by Uber, and it was always easy to get a car quickly.

Overall, this is a fantastic villa with a very high level of comfort, thoughtful details, a great host, and an excellent location. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.
