 Villa Kelly is build as villa that will allow group of friends with family’s to take vacation together and share their time and experience. This modern villa is comprised of 4 levels ( one is closed), connected with outside staircases, accommodating a maximum of 18 guests. But at the same time arrangements with bedrooms separated through the floors will allow you family privacy when required.
This villa is situated some 5-8 minutes from the Center of the Opatija Croatia and waterfront. Located in quite and safe community of Bregi. Use if as base for visiting Opatija and surrounding area or just stay and unwind with your love ones. Surrounded by the stunning blue Adria and rolling hills, beautiful Villa Kelly offers an excellent base to soak up the warm Mediterranean atmosphere and explore this part of Croatian coast. Our idea was to build villa that will allow group of friends with family’s to take vacation together and share their time and experience. 
 But at the same time arrangements with bedrooms separated through the floors will allow you family privacy when required. 
 The location of the villa makes it possible to be near the city but also enjoy a wonderful family vacation and most of all, a truly stunning view. 
 The villa´s garden with an inviting infinity pool and high quality sun loungers leaves an excellent first impression. However, the interior of this property is no less impressing! With a total of 9 bedrooms the villa can accommodate up to 18 persons. 
The top floor is a design as penthouse spread over two levels with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a study room, and direct access to private roof-top terrace with amazing view.
The second floor is closed and not available for use.
On the third floor is kitchen with three bedrooms, one on suite bathroom and one large bathroom, providing intimacy .
On the lower ground floor, which has a direct exit to the pool, you will find 2 bedrooms, sauna and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and lounge where you can spend time with your friends and family. Here you will also find one of the bathrooms Our property is baby/kids friendly. They have is own interior and exterior entertainment space. Villa Kelly is being decorated with a lot of care and attention for details in order to make your vacation as beautiful as possible. Words can hardly describe how amazing this villa is, but we are sure that choosing this property will leave you speechless.

Super 👍 tolle Unterkunft mit besten Blick 
vom Pool. Wir waren fast 20 Personen und hatten ausreichend Platz. Wir 
haben hier eine Mega-Woche erlebt.

Familienurlaub

Die Villa Kelly und auch Karolina waren für uns der perfekte Ort und die perfekte Ansprechpartnerin. Ich bin ihr sehr dankbar, dass alles so toll geklappt hat und sie bei Fragen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. 
Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub, das Haus ist riesig und die Aussicht unschlagbar. Sowohl tagsüber als auch vor allem abends. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sogar einen Abend einen Koch gegönnt, selbst hier hat die Koordination und die Rückfragen Karolina direkt geklärt. Es war genug Platz für alle und unten in der Küche sogar ein Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfel-Maker. Der Pool ist toll und wird täglich gereinigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Villa Kelly waren für uns der perfekte Ort

Ein wahnsinns Ausblick aus einem wirklich schönen Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt mit insgesamt 18 Personen von 8 - 53 Jahren.

Urlaub und Familie

Wir haben mit der gesamten Familie 18 Personen eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa Kelly verbracht. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr Nett und reagiert sehr schnell. Sehr schönes Haus / Tolle Einrichtung / Mega Ausblick 5 Sterne
