Great

My group was a total of 4, we were very comfortable. Jenny messaged me before I arrived, during my stay and after to confirm I was ok. The other trailers aren't as nice looking but the area was quiet, the neighbors kept to themselves and we had no issues outside. Inside the house looks exactly as the pictures. Her air conditioning blows really cold air, the house was extremely clean, all amenities for kitchen are there, and beds are comfortable. No issues at all on my end. The house is close to hospital, restaurants and about 30 minutes from the Army base. I would stay again if in the area

Comfortable

This place was absolutely wonderful! Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. Taylor-Rents was extremely friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free.

I was traveling through on my way to Virginia. Great stay to lay my head down. Super clean, spacious with nice interior touches. I recommend this place.

Good Stay

One of my sons was moving to Columbia to start work there so me, my wife, my one son who was moving, my other adult son and our dog used this place as our home base while we were handling the details of my son's move. It was very nicely furnished and all of the appliances were in great condition. We cooked a number of meals there and my son who was moving did a fair amount of laundry and everything worked great. The dual recliners to relax in the living room were a personal favorite of mine. And, it was close to Columbia as we had to travel in there more than a few times. It was an amazing economical choice -- so much cheaper than other choices in the area around Columbia and for it, you had a place you could spread out, relax and do some cooking to save money. The internet and desk were also great as I worked remotely from there a few days. But Jenny was really a good host -- communicated and took care of little things like a Premiere Host. The place was well apportioned -- little things were taken care of like tons of hangers in the closet, a fine amount of plates, glasses, silverware and pots, a charger that contained outlets for all types of phones (Android, iPhone, etc.), a good amount of cleaning materials like sprays, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap. laundry soap, coffee cups for the Keurig, sugar packets, salt, pepper, microwave popcorn packets, etc. -- you get the idea. Plus, she was knowledgeable about the area and gave us some great food recommendations including the Blue Marlin in Columbia which was an excellent restaurant and a mechanic recommendation when an issue developed with my car. There was also plenty of space in the area to walk our dog. It was the perfect economical choice for us to be able to come down to Columbia and spend some time with my son who was moving. We will contact Jenny again when we come back to the area.
