The house is suitable for everything from couples to families and larger groups.
The villa has 3 floors and underwent a complete renovation in 2021. As you enter from the ground level, you step directly into a modern kitchen with an open floor plan towards the living room. From the living room, sliding doors lead directly to the private outdoor area with your own swimming pool and the garden. By the pool, there are 6 sun beds and a spacious seating area accommodating 12 people. There is also a cozy lounge group as well as an additional dining area, perfect for enjoying breakfast outside. Ultimately, this outdoor area is the perfect place to hang out, relax, and enjoy the sun with a fantastic view of the sea and mountains.
The high-end kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, toaster, cooking equipment, and more. There is even a wine cooler that maintains your wine at the ideal temperature, ensuring it remains perfectly chilled at all times.
The villa has a total of 7 spacious and luxurious bedrooms, out of which five have double beds, one room has a large single bed (140cm), and one room is a children's room with two separate beds. Two of the bedrooms upstairs also have private balconies.
There are 4 bathrooms available in the villa. Two of them are located on the second floor, with one connected to the master bedroom. There is one bathroom on the ground floor, and another one downstairs, which is also equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. There is also a toilet outside by the swimming pool.
Downstairs, there is an additional living room with a TV, perfect as a recreational space for children or a cozy spot to relax on the sofa in front of the TV. This rental is managed by us on behalf of the owner. The rental contract is made directly with the registered property owner, who is the tax-responsible party in Spain.

Beautiful villa with a great view. Everything with this place was great, from the size of the villa (we were 12 people) and how clean and fresh everything was. Very calm area but with only a few minutes ride down to downtown Nerja.
