Welcome to Edificio Sirena 7, a fantastic penthouse apartment in the Torrecilla area of Nerja. This apartment offers a superb location in the center of Nerja with charming restaurants, shops, cafés, bars, and the popular Torrecilla beach only 200 meters away. Just a 5-minute walk will take you to the iconic Balcon de Europa and the lively town square.
The apartment is located on the top floor (7th floor) and is accessible via an elevator. It has a total of 67 square meters and features a modern, Scandinavian style throughout the apartment. The living room, bedrooms, bathroom, and hallway have been recently renovated to a high standard and exudes a luxurious expression.
There are two spacious bedrooms with double beds, with the option to split into two single beds. Each bedroom includes air conditioning, wardrobes with hangers and blackout curtains. The bathroom is fully tiled and furnished with a shower and toilet. There is also a washing machine, drying rack, an iron and an ironing board available. The kitchen is in an authentic Spanish style and is equipped with a gas stove, built-in oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, blender, microwave, and toaster.
The living room is modern and bright, furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, and a Smart TV. There is also a dining table with seating for 4 people and air conditioning. From the living room, you have direct access to the 45 square meter rooftop terrace. From the rooftop terrace, you have a beautiful view of the city, mountains, and sea. It is furnished with a lounge group, sun beds, a BBQ grill and a spacious dining table with seating for several people under the pergola - a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast! From this terrace, you truly get an unforgettable view of Nerja city and the beautiful Mediterranean sea.

Beautiful penthouse with rooftop terrace in Torrecilla

We rented this fantastic top floor apartment for 9 days from the end of april and a week in the beginning of may. The apartment is perfect and the terrace is absolutely the best of all. You have a very beautiful view and sun from morning until sunset. The kitchen is very small but it has everything you need if you want to cook something. We mostly made our dinner by using the barbeque on the terrace.
