Welcome to Duna Beach I, a newly built apartment complex (2020) in charming Torrox Costa. The apartment is located just a stone's throw away from the beach and the beautiful 3 km promenade along the sea. Here you can enjoy leisurely walks, dine at delightful restaurants, and explore places that offer yoga classes and thrilling diving and surfing opportunities. The surrounding area of the apartment is filled with a diverse range of facilities, including restaurants, supermarkets, charming bakeries, padel courts, and golf courses. The complex also has its own great swimming pool, which is available for all guests all year-round. 
The building is equipped with an elevator that easily takes you to the apartment on the first floor. Upon entering the apartment, you step into the beautiful living room, which has an open-plan layout towards the kitchen. The kitchen is of modern standard and equipped with quality appliances. Here you'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. There is also a kitchen island with bar stools. The living room is furnished with a dining table for 4 people, a comfortable sofa, and a coffee table. There is also a TV with Chromecast available.  
From the living room you have direct access to the cozy 12 square meters balcony faces southwest, ensuring sun from afternoon and beautiful sunset views over the sea. The balcony is furnished with a comfortable lounge set, making it the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or a cup of coffee in the shade in the morning. There is also a smaller balcony at the back facing the courtyard. 
The apartment has two spacious bedrooms with air conditioning. One bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, wardrobes, and blackout curtains. There is also an attached private bathroom equipped with a toilet and shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a wardrobe, and blackout curtains. There is also a larger bathroom in the apartment equipped with a toilet and a bathtub/shower. Washing machine is available. 
For monthly stays between November 1 and March 31, we offer a 30% discount. Electricity is included.

Public transport and grocery stores are easily accessible at a distance of 300 meters. The center and supermarkets are approximately 1 kilometer away from the complex.
 Security The apartment is located in a secure gated area.
Other The apartment complex features an elevator. The key must be collected from a location in central Nerja. 

This rental is managed by us on behalf of the owner. The rental contract is made directly with the registered property owner, who is the tax-responsible party in Spain.
