Built in 2016, this villa is situated in a peaceful area with stunning surroundings, just 5 km from the center of Nerja. Casa Hermosa offers an exceptional outdoor living experience, featuring three terraces and a private 21-square-meter swimming pool, which is heated for added comfort. The 51-square-meter pool terrace is equipped with sunbeds and an outdoor shower, providing a perfect space for relaxation. 
The first-floor terrace is furnished with a dining table and a lounge set, making it ideal for enjoying breakfast or unwinding. The second-floor terrace is furnished with comfortable seating and offers spectacular sea views. Additionally, there is a sunshade roof on the terrace, allowing for enjoyment in both sun and shade. Guests also have access to a larger community pool nearby.
Inside, the first floor has an open floor plan connecting the living room and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, and all essential kitchenware. The air-conditioned living room, with direct access to the terrace, offers a comfortable lounge area and a Smart TV. This floor also includes a bedroom with a large double bed (180x200 cm) and a bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer.
Upstairs on the second floor, there is a second bedroom, also furnished with a spacious double bed (180x200 cm) and direct access to the terrace. An additional bathroom with a shower and toilet is also available on this floor.
The villa has a private parking area on the property, as well as a gas grill for outdoor cooking.

First-floor terrace (41 square meters) is furnished with a dining table and a lounge set. Second-floor terrace (23 square meters) is furnished with comfortable seating and has a sunshade roof.

Other The villa is situated in the hills, so the property is accessed via a steep road from the coast, making a car or taxi the recommended means of transportation to reach the property. 

This rental is managed by us on behalf of the owner. The rental contract is made directly with the registered property owner, who is the tax-responsible party in Spain.
