Built in 2016, this villa is situated in a peaceful area with stunning surroundings, just 5 km from the center of Nerja. The 51-square-meter pool terrace is equipped with sunbeds and an outdoor shower, providing a perfect space for relaxation. 
The first-floor terrace is furnished with a dining table and a lounge set, making it ideal for enjoying breakfast or unwinding. The second-floor terrace is furnished with comfortable seating and offers spectacular sea views. Additionally, there is a sunshade roof on the terrace, allowing for enjoyment in both sun and shade. Guests also have access to a larger community pool nearby.
Inside, the first floor has an open floor plan connecting the living room and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, and all essential kitchenware. The air-conditioned living room, with direct access to the terrace, offers a comfortable lounge area and a Smart TV. This floor also includes a bedroom with a large double bed (180x200 cm) and a bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer.
Upstairs on the second floor, there is a second bedroom, also furnished with a spacious double bed (180x200 cm) and direct access to the terrace. An additional bathroom with a shower and toilet is also available on this floor.
The villa has a private parking area on the property, as well as a gas grill for outdoor cooking.

First-floor terrace (41 square meters) is furnished with a dining table and a lounge set. Second-floor terrace (23 square meters) is furnished with comfortable seating and has a sunshade roof.

This rental is managed by us on behalf of the owner. The rental contract is made directly with the registered property owner, who is the tax-responsible party in Spain.
