 The recently renovated house consists of several spaces separated by a few steps:

 * 1 lounge area (free wifi access),
 * 1 dining room
 * 1 open kitchen area for a more convivial atmosphere
 The kitchen is equipped (electric oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment)
 In the In the pantry, you will also find a washing machine and a folding dryer.
 In the main sleeping area, three bedrooms are available:
 A bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed next to a bathroom with shower and sink
 Two bedrooms, each with two twin beds (90x200cm) that can be joined or separated.
 A spacious bathroom with double vanity and bathtub
 A separate toilet completes this space.
 Beyond the living area, another sleeping space offers
 A bedroom with bunk beds (2 beds 90X190) and a mezzanine bedroom (one bed in 140x190 and one mattress 90x190) with office space on the ground floor.

 OUTSIDE You will enjoy a large terrace shaded by a shade sail overlooking the swimming pool, offering complete privacy. A garden shed provides storage for bicycles for cycling enthusiasts.
 This terrace is equipped with a dining area and comfortable garden furniture for enjoying an aperitif by the pool. A Weber charcoal barbecue and a griddle are available.
 During the season, you can cool off in the 10m x 5m swimming pool, secured by a safety barrier and an alarm (regularly maintained by a professional pool technician). You will also have access to 4 sun loungers and 4 chairs for relaxing and sunbathing.
