<p>Rose Hill has 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (3 are en-suite). On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with a range cooker and seating for up to 16 and a more formal dining room that can seat 12.  On the first floor there is a large living room. There is also a double bedroom (en-suite) on the first floor, the remainder of the bedrooms being located on the second and third floors. The house has an outside decked garden at the back</p>

Rose Hill Barmouth - Wales Coastal Holiday Let

Rose Hill in Barmouth is in a great location and close to all amenities, restaurants and pubs, railway station, buses, the beach and walks. The house was clean and warm and the right size for a large group. Nick and Sarah were very quick to respond to all our queries and were fine about flexible check in and check out times. We’d thoroughly recommend the house as a place to stay.

An excellent base for our multi-family gathering. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was well appointed and the location is in the middle of town. Nick was brilliant to communicate with. We had a lovely weekend.

Excellent house for large groups. Plenty of space for all of group (that ranged from 3yrs to 60yrs old). Well catered for kitchen, plenty of dvds and beach toys to keep everyone entertained). Lots of stairs (to keep you fit) but bedrooms on all three floors so accessible for all. Nick was very helpful and quick to reply to all of our questiins before our visit, and made check-in and out very easy.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house right in the centre. Everything we needed was there and more. Very clean and cosy. Having several en-suites and bathrooms was definitely a big plus. Communucation with Nick was great and access to the house via lockbox very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Great location very central & short walk to beach, restaurants etc. Really appreciated flexible check in/out especially travelling with young children. Good to have bathroom facilities on each floor. Welcome goodies a nice extra touch. Hosts very responsive - very reassuring.
