Studio Canal 18 is een souterrain in een typisch Amsterdams grachtenpand. De studio ligt in een idyllische, rustige straat in het hart van het centrum. Mooi ingericht. Perfect voor een stel of twee vrienden. Alle hoogtepunten van Amsterdam liggen op loopafstand, in een rustige straat vlak bij de grachten. 
De B&B biedt volledige privacy, ook al deelt u de voordeur met ons. Vanaf de hoofdingang gaat u rechtstreeks een trap af naar de souterrain. Hier vindt u uw eigen gang met een beveiligde toegang tot de B&B. Naast de studio is een aparte deur die naar de wasruimte leidt, uitgerust met een wasmachine en droger die u kunt gebruiken.
Deze volledig nieuwe studio is met veel aandacht voor detail zorgvuldig ontworpen en straalt een stijlvolle en luxe sfeer uit. Van een trendy SMEG-koelkast en een elegante Nespresso-machine tot het prachtige interieurontwerp, alles is op maat gemaakt om uw verblijf onvergetelijk te maken.
De studio beschikt over een eigen kitchenette, een moderne badkamer en een comfortabele slaapruimte. Met luxe voorzieningen en een elegant interieur voelt deze ruimte aan als een boetiekhotel, maar met de warmte en privacy van een thuis.
Gelegen in een rustige zijstraat in de prachtige Grachtengordel, bent u op loopafstand van iconische bezienswaardigheden zoals het Rijksmuseum, het Van Gogh Museum en de Albert Cuypmarkt. De charmante Utrechtsestraat, met zijn culinaire hotspots en stijlvolle winkels bieden een prettig verblijf Interesse in een langer verblijf?

Melanie’s studio is in a wonderful neighbourhood with plenty of things to do nearby. Melanie made sure our experience was a memorable one and we would love to come back and stay, next time we are in Amsterdam!

My mom and I had a wonderful stay here. Melanie and her husband are amazing hosts! The space is beautiful, the bed is comfortable, and the location is very convenient. We often walked right to Museumplein. Also, there are no photos of them, but there’s a washer and dryer which was easy to use. Would love to stay again.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay at Melanie's place. Melanie and her husband are very friendly, kind, and genuine. We felt welcomed right from the start and at home. Melanie was always proactive and eager to help make our stay wonderful. She provided recommendations and offered help often. The apartment is immaculate, well maintained, and quite romantic. We stayed during the historic heatwave in the Netherlands with the highest recorded temperature of 36C feeling like 41C. We were comfortable and cool in the apartment given it's location below ground. The bed was very comfortable and together with the cool temperature and the quiet, we slept so well. It was our refuge to recharge after long days exploring in the heat. The street is quiet while being only a couple blocks from amazing restaurants and all the beauty of Amsterdam. Transit was very easy to access and we visited several locations on day trips using transit. Thank you Melanie and Mark for making our stay a truly special time.

We loved our stay

Overall it was a really lovely stay. A great location, easy to check-in and out, wonderful host recommendations. Only downside is it ended up getting very hot at night, but we were visiting during a historic heatwave.

Melanie was very friendly and the place was very nice! The perfect location for walking around and going to all the restaurants, shops, and attractions. The location was easy to access, and Melanie offered suggestions for restaurants! We did hear them moving about above us past the designated quiet hours during our stay, but it’s not a big deal if you’re not a light sleeper. Overall, a great place to stay with friendly hosts.
