60 Acres of land to discover at the foothills of the forest. Peaceful and quiet retreat with plenty of room to sleep 8 guests. Close to Yankallila shops and Normanville beaches and restaurants. This place offers you a perfect escape from your busy life, with comfortable furniture and lush surroundings.&nbsp;
Kitchen offers a dining area with coffee maker, fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The living room is spacious and open with a study nook.
Sleeps up to 6&nbsp;guests in the main house : 3&nbsp;bedrooms with a king, queen and 2x single beds in the main house.
There is an extra studio are with an&nbsp;extra queen bedroom located outside of the main building in the renovated shed area for an extra 2 guests. This bedroom does not have a bathroom/toilet facility. However there is an outside toilet close by.
Family friendly with baby crib and high chair available.
Bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet. There is an extra toilet round the back with outside access. The outdoor area has plenty of seating options and comes with a bbq.
This property is also pet friendly per request. A pet fee is applicable when bringing your furry friend.&nbsp;
This property comes with full linen service, bedlinen and bathroom linen.
The property has an outside camera pointed towards the driveway&nbsp;for security reasons due to the rural setting.

Yankalilla Foothills Retreat

Yankalilla Foothills Retreat was a delightful home, equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our time, and plenty of spaces for us to enjoy and feel relaxed. The walking areas and the proximity to the township and beach made it easier for us to be adventurous, or to sit around doing nothing much. The host communicated with us well. We would definitely consider coming back.
