Ray’s Beach House offers stunning ocean views and has direct beach access. There is plenty of space for up to 14 guests. Perfect for families or groups, it features two living areas, multiple balconies, and a cosy fireplace. 
This spacious holiday home has 5 bedrooms, with 3x king size beds and 4x bunk beds.
Located at Middleton Point, it’s a short walk to cafes and the surf, with Port Elliot and Goolwa just minutes away. Relax, explore, and enjoy a true beachfront escape!
A few minutes walk to the Middleton township, Middleton Tavern and surf and coffee shops. Only a five minute drive to the historic town of Pt Elliot and the stunning Horseshoe Bay with its beach front cafes and restaurants or choose the 3km bike track that leads to Port Elliot. The township of Goolwa is ten minutes in the other direction with the Goolwa Markets, cafes, art galleries and brewery on the wharf. The Cockle train station is also within walking distance and takes you to Goolwa, Port Elliot or Victor Harbor.

For guest safety and property security, exterior security cameras are in use. Cameras are located at the front and the back of the property towards the back lawn, the entrance and driveway. There are no cameras inside the house or in any private areas.
