When you arrive at This stunning Villa for the first time and see the lush, terraced gardens and stunning sea views, it feels like a little piece of paradise. It spans three levels with plenty of well-designed living space inside and out. An inviting infinity pool set up with sunbeds and parasols is the perfect setting for a refreshing dip or snooze in the sun after a day of exploring, while the other terraces provide a choice of areas to unwind. Please note that numerous steps are present in this villa.



Interior:
The interiors are designed for contemporary comfort with an attractive mix of modern furnishings. On the upper floor is an open plan living space with kitchen, sitting and dining area, opening out to wide terraces for relaxing or dining together. Three of the bedrooms are on the mid-floor and the fourth is on the floor below, along with a family room with kitchenette, living space and study area. The upper floor: Open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, bathroom, covered terrace feature a dining area with a table for 10 people. Mid-floor: Master double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, large terrace, one double bedroom and a single bedroom with queen bed share a family bathroom with stand-ip shower, bath and a great view! Lower floor: Family room with a kitchenette and dining area with sitting and TV area, laptop-friendly workspace/study, a double bedroom with a private bathroom. Outside steps connect all levels and lead down to lower level: gardens, terraces and infinity pool with bathroom and shower stand. Parking for up to 4 cars can be found on the lower level.

Park:
Situated just 10 minutes on foot to the historic centre of Taormina means restaurants, shops and key sites are close by. The beautiful beaches of Mazzarò and Isola Bella are easily reached down a stepped pathway from the villa or you can take a cable car.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The infinity pool (13 m. x 6 m. 1,50 m. deep) is on the lower floor of the villa's terraced gardens. It enjoys a gorgeous sea view and the sun-beds and the comfortable double bed are perfect to relax and take in the sun. Below the pool is a small gym, complete with a bathroom with shower.

From the scent of Jasmine, as you enter the gate, it feels like a little Eden to come to Villa.Alessia and Adelio(property mananger) were there to greet us with smiles. Alessia plucked blood oranges, lemons, and clementines from the trees on the terrace to provide a refreshment at our arrival. This was such an amazing touch. But only the first of many during our stay.The views from the patio are just breathtaking. Perched high in a cliff top just north of Taormina center, we had a view out to the sea and to the misty mountains of the Italian mainland beyond. It is a magical place.Alessia, Adelfio, and Enza checked in with us often and provided great suggestions for things to do while we were there. The Villa is just a short 10 minute walk from the city center, but also feels a world away in its contained beauty and privacy. The pool is wonderful. It is a pleasure to lounge by it in the warm sun and then take refreshing dips to cool off.We loved this place and highly recommend it

My family and I stayed a full week and from the very beginning felt extremely welcomed by the host!Firstly the house is beautiful with a gorgeous view and an easy walk into the centre of Taormina. The rooms and bathrooms were all very spacious and the air con was an essential!We booked a boat trip and a mount etna tour through them and received great restaurant recommendations. They couldn’t have been better hosts and we are already missing Taormina

We very much enjoyed our stay!

Thanks to the magical views from the wonderful terrace, we felt very pampered.The area was quiet despite the relatively short (5–10 min) walk to all the village's amenities. Particularly welcoming, with a short walk to the grocery store where you could get everything except fresh fish.We would definitely recommend this stay to anyone who asks us for a great home in Taormina!

We cannot say enough amazing things about our stay! This home is so beautiful, spacious and immaculate. The private pool, with its incredible view, is a huge bonus! We were able to walk into town every night. But what our greatest and most unforgettable memory of this place is truly the people. They treated us like family! Genuinely! We would have taken Alessia (the property manager) home with us, if we could:) 😊!And they referred us to a driver named Carmelo who was beyond amazing as well! We set up rides with him during our stay and he took such good, genuine care of us! We miss them so much since we’ve been home and they are a forever part of our story …… 🇮🇹❤️
