El Gavell , een etnisch geïnspireerd boetiekappartement , met een capaciteit voor maximaal 4 personen. Gelegen in het hart van L'Escala, op een paar meter van de "Platja de les Barques", zeer dicht bij alle culturele, gastronomische en recreatieve activiteiten. Het heeft een binnenmaat van 50m2 en een balkon waar u heerlijk kunt genieten van het buitenleven. Het heeft twee slaapkamers, een met een tweepersoonsbed en de andere met twee eenpersoonsbedden. Zeer lichte kamers, met grote ramen, decoratie in blauw- en zwarttinten, samen met houtaccenten. Zeer comfortabele bedden, matrassen van hoge kwaliteit. Het heeft een badkamer met Italiaanse douche, ruim, erg mooi.De keuken is van het type "kantoor", uitgerust met wat nodig is voor degenen die graag thuis koken, het komt uit op een open woon-eetkamer, met een groot raam dat leidt naar het balkon.
Het hele appartement heeft een zeer goede natuurlijke verlichting, wat helpt om de hoogwaardige afwerking en de edele houtsoorten te benadrukken. De natuurlijke houten deuren vallen op, gerecycled van oude Catalaanse boerderijen.
Uitgerust met gecentraliseerde airconditioning (warm en koud), 32 "Smart TV, 3 soorten koffiemachines, vaatwasser, Wi-Fi in de hele accommodatie, geluiddichte dubbele beglazing, toegang via code (non-face check-in), enz ... .
We hebben een ruimte van ontspanning, rust en comfort gecreëerd voor het plezier van onze klanten.
Dit appartement heeft toegang tot het dak van het gebouw waar zich een gemeenschappelijke ruimte bevindt, met een barbecue, een solarium en een chillout-ruimte.

El Gavell, Boutique-Appartement L'Escala

Really enjoyed our stay in L'Escala and El Gavell was perfect for us. 
A great location just 5 minutes walk from local bars and restaurants as well as the beach.
The apartment had everything we needed, was very comfortable and stylish. I loved having the access to the roof terrace to relax on.

wir haben ums sehr wohl gefühlt bei Euch. Ihr seid sehr nett und immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit gewesen. Die Wohnung El Gavell einschließlich Dachterrasse  ist einfach Klasse. Die Bilder auf Eurer Internetseite präsentieren die Wohnung schon hervorragend, vor Ort ist dann alles noch besser.
Wir werden Euch auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen.

Wunderbare Wohnung

This is honestly one of the most comfortable, clean and well serviced holiday apartments that I've ever had the pleasure to stay in. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responded to all messages straight away. They gave me lots of great advice on local restaurants and activities and helped me organise a taxi pick up from the local train station. The central location in the old town is also amazing! The beach is less than 5 minute walk away, as are dozens of little restaurants and shops. There a several great women's clothes boutiques as well as a mini supermarket right around the corner. There's also a booking office for day sailing/ water sports trips within 5 min walk. I honestly couldn't recommend this holiday rental highly enough and I look forward to staying there again in future.

El Gavell

Nos alojamos en el apartamiento el Gavell con nuestras hijas de 17 y 14 años y desde el minuto 1 nos sentimos a gusto con la acogida cálida de Mélanie y la sensación de estar en casa. La decoración es muy bonita y las camas muy confortables. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de la playa y de los restaurantes, pero a su vez el piso es muy silencioso y el plus es el tejado con su zona chill-out y vistas a los tejados de la ciudad.

Notre séjour dans l’appartement El Gavell était formidable. L’accueil très chaleureux, tout en respectant les règles sanitaires. L’appartement super propre, neuf et aménagé avec beaucoup de gout et de style et soigné jusqu’au moindre détail.
L’emplacement en centre-ville, au calme mais très proche de tous les commerces et restaurant. C’était notre première fois à l’Escala, village avec beaucoup de vie sans donner un sentiment de tourisme de masse.
La terrasse au toit donne une vue superbe sur le village et la mer, pour passer de bons moments en famille.
Nous espérons revenir l’année prochaine !
