Concerning the dimensions of the pool, it measures 3m in length and 2m in width, for a depth of 1,65m. The pool is forbidden after 8pm and limited to 4 people. Moreover, the door must be kept closed for security reasons. All our properties are equipped with free Wi-Fi connection, hotel quality towels and sheets, toiletries and a Nespresso coffee machine. You will be able to reach a member of our team during your entire stay. The cleaning fee is directly integrated in the total price. They include cleaning, provision of bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and kitchen towels during your stay, all cleaned by professionals according to the anti-covid process. A deposit is required for the property, it is a pre-authorization on your card made the day before your arrival and released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will be debited only in case of problems during your stay. In case of a party or a complaint from the neighborhood for noise after 10 pm, the entire deposit will be debited. Our apartments are now equipped with Roomonitor decibel meters which set off an alarm as soon as the maximum allowed noise level is exceeded. Villa The paradise - Swimming pool and rooftop in Nantes 

Nous avions réservé pour 7 jours afin de loger une équipe d'ado en compétition de natation artistique. Tout était conforme à la description, la cuisine très bien équipée avec le fond de cuisine ce qui était très agréable et pratique. Proche du tram donc facile et rapide de se déplacer dans Nantes. La boite à clé pour notre arrivée tardive était très appréciée. Le petit plus la piscine et la terrasse sur le toit! Noc noc est une équipe très sympathique, serviable et toujours disponible, je recommande!

Super séjour

J'ai réservé la Villa pour réaliser un team building avec mes collaborateurs et le lieu a été parfait ! Nous avons pu bénéficier d'une arrivée plus tôt que prévue et de manière autonome. J'ai été renseigné à chaque interrogation avec le numéro direct d'un agent disponible à tout moment. Les équipements sont tops, la villa est spacieuse et peut facilement accueillir un grand groupe. Placement idéal à Nantes à côté du tram ! Je recommande ! 

Super Team Building !

Ein schickes, stylisches Stadthaus. Es geht über 5(!!) Etagen, also Treppen steigen ist angesagt🤪 2 Wcs wären etwas wenig, wenn das Haus voll belegt wäre. Pool und Dachterrasse sind ein Highlight.Küche ist recht gut ausgestattet. Garage mit 2 Stellplätzen ist ein Segen. Ruhige Straße. Supermarkt 4 min fussläufig. Leider ist die Sauberkeit nicht 100%. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Empfang durch Dihia. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiter!
