Amazing Lakefront Property - Sleeps 13!

Best Christmas Ever was what I heard from my family at the end of this stay!!! The home was beautiful, had everything we needed. It had space for people to stay and other family members to come and go as they pleased. The communication with the owners was outstanding! They even put up a Christmas tree for us. Would highly recommend staying here. Simply wonderful!!!!

Best Christmas Ever!

Our group of seven had an amazing time here for a fall crafting weekend. The property is absolutely stunning and very spacious, you can easily find a spot to sit and read if you like or even to take a nap, and it was a treat to have our own bedrooms. With the large fridge and secondary fridge there was more than enough room for all our meal items and everyone's beverage choices to stay cold. The size of the kitchen made it easy for several of us to be in there at the same time prepping meals without running into each other. Having the ice and water dispenser on the fridge was fantastic and with the reverse-osmosis filter the water tastes good too. It was a bonus for us to have this and not have to make or bring our own ice. Our favorite room was the sun porch where many of us would sit each day and enjoy our coffee while taking in the view of the lake and watching the squirrels run about.

The crafting space was perfect! Chairs are comfortable, and there is enough room behind the tables that you are not stepping over another persons things. We loved the fireplace in there and the Alexa allowed for all sorts of music to be played. The Firestick for the TV gave us many options for viewing when we wanted to switch it up.

We did travel into town, it was a quick short drive and there is a Dollar General there in case you forgot something or needed to grab anything.

All in all this is a fantastic property for any type of getaway. I can see this being used by other crafting groups and them having a wonderful time too.

Highly recommend anyone looking for a weekend retreat give this place a try!

Amazing location for our crafting weekend!

Our gals’ crafting group has been together for almost 20 years. During that time we’ve stayed at several homes, and this one has proved to be ideal. With seven individual and spacious bedrooms, a peaceful and private lakeside location, modern conveniences like high-speed internet, reverse-osmosis filtered drinking water, 3+ bathrooms, great room with fireplace and beautiful four-season sun-porch, it’s hard to imagine a lovelier location for crafting and girls’ get-together time! The garage has been transformed into a spacious craft room that accommodates 7 crafters with sturdy tables, excellent lighting, and ergonomically designed chairs.

On our recent four-day weekend stay, we enjoyed kayaking, evening bonfires, a sunset pontoon ride, and meals shared in the formal dining room. The kitchen is admirably stocked, and there’s even a second fridge/freezer in the laundry room (handy when you have seven women all bringing food!) We found the price affordable for all these amenities and look forward to our next retreat.

Crafters' Delight!

Great property with large spaces. We were impressed by the room sizes. Enjoyed the amenities on the lake. We had a wonderful mother/daughter weekend and the hosts were wonderful and punctual with all our questions before visiting. Very accommodating.

Girl's Weekend

Property is very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 night stay. We would gladly stay at this property again. Thumbs Up 👍
