🛌 Two Bedrooms

</div>📲 Arrive Any Time
Self check-in runs 24/7 with Vikey: a link in your browser, nothing to download. Register with your ID, as Italian law requires, confirm with a quick selfie and open the door from your phone. After your first entry you also receive the key-box code, so you can use keys or the link, whichever you prefer. Book direct and you check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00, an hour earlier and an hour later than through the booking platforms (16:00 and 10:00). Arriving early? You can always drop off your luggage at the property from 12:00; just give us 30 minutes' notice. The penthouse is on the third floor and there is no lift.
🚗 Free Gated Parking
The penthouse comes with your own gated parking space at the property, free of charge. The apartment is outside the ZTL, Olbia's camera-controlled limited traffic zone, where the city issues no permits to visitors.
