OVERVIEW

GROUNDS &nbsp;
The house sits on 1.7 acres lined with enormous trees and adjacent to conservation land, rolling down to the water. The private coastline offers easy water access on idyllic, calm Mussel Cove. Kayaks and stand-up paddle boards are available for your use. (Water access is tide-dependent. We have a very large tide in southern Maine, and water sports access is available only at and surrounding the high tides, which occur twice a day.) &nbsp;&nbsp;The heated pool was renovated in 2022. New lounge chairs and Adirondacks are provided. The pool area also has a Solo Stove fire pit. &nbsp;&nbsp;Enjoy a cookout with gorgeous water views. The new outdoor dining table seats 8. There is a gas grill, as well as an Argentine wood-burning parrilla. Play croquet and cornhole on the expansive lawn. &nbsp;&nbsp;
HOUSE &nbsp;&nbsp;
The house was completely renovated in 2021 and is newly furnished. With 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, and around 5,500 square feet of living space on three levels, it comfortably sleeps up to 12. &nbsp;&nbsp;Of the 5 bedrooms in the house, two are en suite, including the spacious master with water views. One other bedroom has access to an adjacent private bathroom. The two remaining bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. There is a sixth sleeping area with an adjacent bathroom in the walk-out basement. There are two separate offices. &nbsp;&nbsp;
There are air conditioners in all bedrooms and the main living area. 
The rest of the home provides beautiful common spaces to enjoy together. The luxury kitchen is fully outfitted and features an island with seating for 8, as well as a large butler pantry with a wine refrigerator. It is open to the dining area and two living areas, all together forming a light-filled great room with water views. &nbsp;&nbsp;
Upstairs is a large family and media room with a comfy sectional and an 85-inch smart TV equipped with Netflix, HBO, Apple TV+,&nbsp;Hulu, Disney+, and Paramount+ accounts (note: NO CABLE). It includes a well-stocked games closet and a large table for games, again with a water view. &nbsp;&nbsp;There are two other large TVs in the house (one in a guest room, one in the basement), and all are equipped with the same streaming services. &nbsp;&nbsp;
The basement features a full-sized wet bar complete with a drink refrigerator, as well as a living area, and opens to the pool and hot tub area.&nbsp; &nbsp;There is an electric vehicle charger (level 2). The entire house will be yours. &nbsp;Our property manager will be available in person or to coordinate any help needed during your stay. &nbsp;

7 night minimum stay and check-in/check-out is on Saturday.
5% discount for a 14 night stay.
For groups with&nbsp;more than 10 guests there is an additional charge of $75 per person per night.
We always include pool &amp;&nbsp;hot tub maintenance, property manager on-call, and all utilities.&nbsp;
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located at the garage doors / front entrance.
A liability waiver must be signed in order to use the pool or hot tub.&nbsp;

Oceanfront Luxury Modern Home with Pool & Hot Tub

We had a spectacular week at Jessica's house in July. House was perfect - beautiful inside and out. It was the cleanest house I have ever stayed in.... with every thing labelled so thoughtfully. The backyard is gorgeous. The hot tub is absolutely amazing..... Our teenagers loved hanging out at the pool and paddle boarding. They could also walk to the movie theater (safe neighborhood). We loved the modern and well designed kitchen. Cooked there every night and it is well appointed for sophisticated chefs. The location of the house is great with everything you need a few minutes away. Perfect spot for exploring Portland and surrounding towns. Jessica was extremely helpful, kind and responsive. Jessica has high standards for her house and it shows. Her level of customer service and concern for our happiness exceeds all expectations. Jessica and her house are top notch. This is a one of a kind place, and the experience surpasses all others.

Spectacular Week

Great vacation home in Falmouth! Location is really convenient to grocery and drug store, even movie theaters. And the view can’t be beat. The house is huge with private wings to keep everyone together without feeling like you’re on top of each other. And AC and fans in every room were a big plus for the summer time. Pictures don’t do it justice!

We had a wonderful stay at Jessica’s home. With renovations, the house looks like new, and was comfortable and well equipped. There are gorgeous views out of every window, and the location is perfect - peaceful and quiet, but a 10 minute drive into Portland. This would make a great stay for families or groups too. Hope to return!

Maine has special memories for our family, from the youngest generation to the oldest. Falmouth was a new Maine location for us … and we LOVED it. The town is great and close to Portland, Freeport, and Maine’s classic beaches. This house was perfect for our family. Our most ‘mature’ family was able to be on the two bedrooms on the main floor so they didn’t have to do extra stairs. The kids loved the media room, and for what its worth, the sound from their late night movie binges did not affect anyone else in the household. The kitchen is beautiful and since many of us are avid cooks, the induction stove was a special treat. We made every dinner in-house while the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub every night. The beds were all really comfortable with plenty of towels and extra linens available. I really loved the layout of the house, especially the master bedroom. The views are beautiful and the location is so peaceful. Lastly, Kyler - our local property contact, was amazing. There wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer, he knew the area really well, had extra life jackets, offered his beach chairs and pretty much anything else we needed that we asked for. He was always available for us and responded immediately. Overall, I highly recommend this home for multi-generational families and friends.

Family Connections

The property and amenities were fantastic and accommodated our families very well. The location and proximity to water and to all of the Portland attractions were hard to beat. Property owner communication was great too. Would recommend it to any families.
