Villa 3103 - Ground Floor 3b/4b - Steps to pool

We had a great experience staying in Villa 3103. The location was fabulous, the apartment was well equipped, and the communication with Matt was excellent.
I would 100% recommend this unit to any friends and family and look forward to being a returning guest!!

Great Experience!!

We had the best vacation at Matt's place. Everything was excellent, but particularly the location and amenities. Matt's unit is directly pool facing on the ground floor, the views are incredible, much better than the photos depict. We had a group of 2 families with children 5, 7, 13, 14, as well as 4 parents and 2 grandparents. We couldn't have had a better time. Fully stocked kitchen, great restaurant amenities, walkability to Cabo, access to many beach restaurants, Uber, etc. We particularly appreciated the free valet and parking. Our rental car was available within moments through the Concierge service and the bell hop staff were super fast and helpful. Many grocery stores in the vicinity and 2 swimmable beaches close by (El Chilenos and Santa Maria). We enjoyed watching all the cruise ships come in and participated in the daily activities at the sister resort next door (pool volleyball, water polo, yoga, morning stretch, etc). The pool margs were dynamite although we mixed our own poolside drinks easily from the unit. The Parilla Grill is directly out front of the unit and offered reasonably priced breakfast and lunch and good quality food. We'll be back for sure. Matt's booking tool and communication was top notch and his cleaning staff were equally good. Can't wait to return!

Best Vacay - Exceptional Location

3103 at Estancia is a great condo. Tje floor pal. Wa perfect for our family of 5. The location can’t be beat for ease of going back and forth to the pool and beach.

Excellent location

This place was AMAZING!! It was absolutely perfect down from the location within the town to the amenities, and the view is exactly what you want! Our group consisted of 2 families with a total of 5 kids ranging from 5-11yr. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own areas and plenty of beds to go around. Kitchen was great, well stocked with everything you need. The patio was unbelievable, huge, and you could practically dive into the pool from it. We spent the evenings outside at the table and could even watch the kids swim from it.
I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. This will definitely be my go to spot when we go back!!
Thank you again Matt & Alyson!
