Lake Winnipesaukee w/Hot Tub, Sandy Beach, Mountain Views

First class house and property. Very well equipped and maintained. Great entertaining, sleeping, and living spaces with quiet nooks for reading or playing games. Nice, quiet location on protected cove and only 10 minutes by car to shops and restaurants (20 minutes by boat). Very large dock, plenty of space for sitting out and tying up boats (~3' water, sandy bottom, marked channel out to deep water). The house came with all the "toys" inside and out (SUP, pedal boat, kayaks, rafts, inflatable "water park", hot tub, pool table, hockey, etc.). The owner was very helpful and friendly.

Amazing Lake House Rental

Leading up to check-in, the owner was extremely responsive and a great host in making sure the home was well stocked with linens, towels and general household items as well as drew up a map to show me the safest path to dock my boat.

From the moment we stepped into this home, we were blown away by how well appointed, maintained and clean it was. Although large in square footage the home still feels like a cozy lake house cottage with fantastic views of the water.

The house itself has all of the amenities needed to entertain a large family whether you want to play pool or air hockey inside or take out a paddle board, kayak or relax by the fire pit or hot tub outside.

The home is conveniently located at the end of a private road. Hannaford's is only a 15 min drive away. The boat ramp (Shep's Basin) was only a 20 min drive and a 15 min boat ride to the house if you wish to bring your boat up for the week. The driveway has space off to the side for a trailer and plenty of parking spots for cars inside and out of the 3 car garage.

I highly recommend this home and fully intend to return again soon.

Fantastic Property on Lake Winnipesaukee

We had an amazing time in Moultonborough. The location was perfect and the house, grounds, etc were even better than expected. Brian was very responsive, helpful, and great to work with. Our group of 8 had more than enough space, recreation options . . . you could easily have a gathering of 12, with room to spare. We've rented many different properties on Lake Winnipesaukee over the years . . . this one was the best combination of a beautiful house in a fantastic location, and Brian was so helpful and easy to work with. 5 stars from us . . . we would definitely come back again.

Fantastic Property - Highest Recommendation

We spent a fantastic week here on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. The house has everything you want and more- It is comfortably appointed inside, with tons of space, games, places to hang out and read. You can have privacy and enjoy the beauty of the lake, or play pool or foosball. We never missed a day of swimming in the lake, and someone always had the paddleboards and kayaks out. The slide was heavily used, and such a fun addition-- even for the teenagers (especially?). The sunsets were amazing every day that we were there.

Check-in, check-out, all were simple, and Brian was helpful along the way. Property was sparkling clean when we arrived. Spent happy evenings grilling, eating outside, and making smores at the firepit.

We had a great time at this property! So much for the kids to do! The owner was super nice and helpful! We would rent again!
