Costa Va De Villa - Santa Teresa Costa Rica

We've had a great time at the Costa Va de Villa. It was well equipped, clean and situated close to everything we needed. Wishes or needs were quickly addressed. We are highly recommending this place!

Simply perfect in every aspect, conveniently located to anything you might need, restaurants, grocery, coffee bars……
Ideal if you are a surfer, literally 2 minutes away from the beach.
The house is clean, spacious and with a nice layout.
Raccoons and electricity shortages are included in the price !!!!!!

Perfect place

The villa was exactly what we were looking for. It is located in the best location. Close to everything you need but far away enough to be quiet. Very clean and high standards. Could not ask for more. We will stay again!

Perfect villa in the best location!

From the moment we arrived at Costa Va De Villa we knew we were "Home". The property was immaculately cleaned and well prepared for our arrival. There was fresh fruit in a bowl on the counter and a fridge stocked with ice cold beer waiting for us, which was a welcome treat after such a long travel day.

The home itself is absolutely perfect and has everything you need to feel comfortable & enjoy your stay. The kitchen is well appointed and even though we did very little cooking we appreciated the extra utensils like loose leaf tea strainers, which we used daily, & a pizza cutter, for our late night snacks. The bedrooms were very roomy with plenty of storage and the beds were super comfortable, a welcome rest for our surf wary bodies each night. The bathrooms are gorgeous and the showers are exceptional, with great water pressure, temperature and a place to shave your legs!

The exterior of the property is where we spent most of our time, opting to leave the AC off and the patio doors open. We spent our afternoons lounging poolside, reading, swimming and napping. The covered porch with the two fans made for a perfectly balmy temperature that was more than pleasant and the outdoor dining table was great for breakfast, drinks, snacks, and playing cards each night. The pool is heavenly, the perfect temperature for cooling off without being cold and we loved the outdoor shower for our post surf rinse offs. There was also plenty of shady storage for our 4 surfboards, which we appreciated.

The property itself is in the BEST part of Santa Teresa, located closer to Hermosa. It is away from the busy end of ST and is much quieter, which we loved. It is a very short walk to the beach, we carried our boards down each day with ease, and has the most delicious restaurants located nearby including Osa's, El Patio Cafe, Ani's & Somos House. Our favourite grocery store was also just a short walk down the road, toward Hermosa, so we made regular trips for fresh fruit and veggies.

The very BEST part of this home though are the owners and property management team. Justin & Nicole were speedy communicators and answered all of our questions with thorough ease, we all kept joking that we'd love them as friends. The genuinely care that you have the most amazing vacation and were extremely helpful when we had questions about the area and transportation. What's more, their property manager, Gal, was fantastic. When we needed something taken care of Gal was responsive and fast acting and their team of staff extremely professional.

If we could give this home 10 stars we would. We are well seasoned, regular travellers, and this has been hands down the BEST airbnb we have ever stayed in. In fact, we loved it so much that we plan on booking an even longer stay for next year!

Thank you Justin & Nicole for the wonderful stay. It was exactly what we needed and more than we imagined.

________

If you have read this far, there is a tabby that likes to visit the house' guests. His name is JJ and he's awesome. The orange calico cat lives across the street and her name is CC. We miss them both already.

Our Costa Rican Home Away From Home

What a wonderful gem of an Airbnb rental! We greatly enjoyed our stay at Justin and Nicole’s listing. So much so that we requested an extra night and Justin was quick to respond and extend reservation.
Rental is located less than a 4 min walk from the main surf break of Santa Teresa. But away from the main road enough that we never heard traffic or other noise.
The touches in the rental, from a bathroom sink with no visible drain , concrete countertops to the coffee pot that has a Bloom function, were appreciated. I was measuring everything and taking notes for our upcoming build here in Costa Rica.
Gal the property manager quick to respond and extend help at all times.
Photos say the rest, just a wonderful chill location to rest in between excursions in Santa Teresa.

Gem of an AirBnB!
